This place is the absolute WORST!!!!!!! You cannot even get appointments with the therapist and the front office staff could care LESS. They are all uncaring, unprofessional and incompetent!!! I had an appointment scheduled the other day and when I got there, I was told that I had NO appointment. I know for a fact that someone from their office scheduled it with me over the phone. The receptionist just shrugged her shoulders and could not have cared less. I would NEVER go back to this horrible place and advise everyone to steer clear of it!!!! The reception area was filthy and stunk like urine, too. I hope they go out of business really soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All the front desk employees need to be trained on how to interact with people with disabilities. Hani is terrific,caring individual.Wish I could say the same about the other unprofessional employees.

Dont try to get anything quickly. It takes weeks just to get refills. Im switching doctors.
