I went for a sore neck. Blood pressure cuff popped off during the reading. I was told my BP is high. I suggested they try again while I hold it in place. Amazingly, it was "Ok". I was told they "could take an X Ray" but their machine "isnt very good". I indicated that there probably is no sense, then, in taking an X Ray I was told "it might be ok"." It depends on how good the X Ray technician is". Not much of an endorsement for their X ray technician I was then told they would refer me to a "Physiatrist" but "alot of times they never call. If you dont hear from them, then, call us in a few days". Not knowing what a "Physiatrist" is, I went home and looked it up. I discovered they "...manage the rehabilitation of an Orthopedic condition...". Wouldnt it make more sense, then, to see a physician who diagnoses and treats "Orthopedic conditions" before I pay for "rehabilitation" of same? So, I kissed away a $75 co-pay for this visit, chose not to shell out another $75 for "rehab of an orthopedic condition" which has yet to be diagnosed or treated, and made an appointment with an orthopedist. Oh yes. An Xray was offered a second time before I left. I was told, once again, that it would likely be "not very good". I asked if the "Physiatrist" would find their Xray of value. I was told "probably not". I, therefore, chose to wait for a more conclusive diagnostic procedure, to be performed by a physician who actually affords treatment. Rehab should probably wait until after treatment

From the moment I walked into this facility and met Mo who did the original intake I felt this urgent care was the right place for me. The experience was professional outstanding and I was spoken to with respect and all three staff members were exemplary. William the medical assistant who took my history and took my vitals actually listened to me and understood my concerns. The physicians assistant Sandra rechecked everything and was able to assess what form of treatment I needed. Plus they appreciated my sense of humor and were just so intelligent and caring. Went for an illness, arrived shortly after opening time, one person was ahead of me, one person came in immediately after. Check-in wast fast & efficient, sign-in on a tablet by the door. They have an option to check in ahead of time online, good to know for next time. Wait time was 5-10 minutes before being taken back to a room, about the same time before being seen by a PA. The PA had a nice bedside manner, appropriately diagnosed and had me out the door within 15 minutes and feeling better within a few days. Will recommend to family and friends.

I had to take my 97 year old mother there last summer. They had no customers so the receptionist/x-ray tech came out to meet us. She had to type in moms medical history and insurance info. We had to wait a while for a nurse practitioner who eventually prescribed four drugs. The next day my moms doctor told her to forget about 2 of them. They got my moms insurance number wrong and billed $475 for a new patient intake which they got wrong. I wouldnt take my dog there.

I went because I had been bitten by something. When I went in, I asked if there was a Doctor there. Receptionist said yes. But he wasnt a doctor, he was a PA. Thought that was deceptive. Also, PA said a tick has to be on you for THREE days in order to transmit Lyme Disease. I dont think that is true and have an appointment with my regular (real) doctor to take a Lyme test. Dont think I will visit there again, unless desperate.

I met with Dr. Benscome. He not only told me what he thought was wrong (a common cold) but he went on to explain all the reasons why he didnt believe it was something else (like strep). He was very kind and suggested over over the counter medicines may help and not just prescribed things. The receptionist was also very friendly. Will definitely making this my go to for urgent care needs.

This place is AMAZING!! What a fantastic staff. Lauren and Dr. Abel were so helpful and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole visit. The place is also extremely clean. I was also in and out super quick. Will definitely be recommending to others.

Disappointed in the service received. Not once either on the phone or in person was a Doctor offered. They seem to only service via PA not MD. Very disappointed in lackluster knowledge of PAs and should reconsider staffing with Drs
