Should be ZERO stars! Very unprofessional, rude and never returning calls. The case manager I was working with, Elena, russian, was a MONSTER! She hung up the phone on me while I was talking asking her to give me the 10 hrs help for my mom the way the person who evaluated my mom recomended. She said that she will call me whenever, after she will talk to her supervisor, but she never did. She was rude and extremely unhelpfull. My mom supposed to have therapy and help at home from when she was brought from the home care, but few days passed before I got the help and the therapist called. I had to take days off from my job to care from my mom because they will not do anything. Stay away from them! MB from Brooklyn

I have been here working at Prime for over a year and the experience has been nothing less than stellar. Friendly, caring staff who meet deadlines and are passionate about their work.
