(Some)People need to realize that this is a MEDICAID facility first off. You are there because THIS is where YOUR income allows you to be...wether u can help it or not... it is what it is. We are all in the same boat here so the sooner u realize that, the better it will be for you, the people sitting beside u, AND the staff. Trust me...there are much worse facilities! And if you saw just how much medicaid actually PAYS for the treatments you receive, you would be EMBARRASED & disgusted. Which probably means the entire staff only gets paid about HALF of what they should. (If THAT) I have a 20 yr old daughter who has undergone 19 craniofacial reconstructive surgeries and I will say that the dentist who saw her was so kind and helpful and willIng to go above and beyond to help us. Be THANKFUL that you have you health and that you are even ABLE to receive free health care. Just chill out and wait patiently or feel free to go to a "higher class" facility and be ready to shell out hundreds of dollars.

The wait today was exceptional!!! I didnt even sit in the waiting room for 5 mins and that Dr. Shaw I think her name was is always gentle with me never forgets to ask how Im doing love her. Front desk always pleasant! But the rest of staff ugh!!! Im not asking for anyone to kiss my ass but damn be professional and polite sometimes!

Dentist is superb. I waited over an hour in waiting room, then another 45 min in the room. Just for the dentist to look at my referral and say, yes, your child needs a root canal. Call in 2 wks about approval. While all the assistants, etc...are on the phones, chillin in the back room. 2 HOUR wait time is crazy.

Very bad office I waited 1 hour in the room with my severe pain no doctor to see me they say its only 1 doctor he has patients ..so what Im also a patient, they want to take your money only, no concealing about choices of treatment , will never go there again

You will wait in waiting room for atleast 1:30-2 hours before being called in! Doesnt matter what time appt is! You must wait in waiting room... Cant go buy food... Cuz they wont call u on cell & you will loose ur slot. Avoid this place.

The wait is ALMOST impossible to get through. Some of the receptionist need lessons on how to speak to people.. Only Been here for 2 visits . THE ACTUAL DENTIST WAS GREAT. BUT I THINK IM GONNA GO BACK TO 21ST CENTURY DENTAL..

The wait times are ridiculous. I routinely wait over an hour every single visit. Once I waited for about 3 hours. Yup. The work is good and most of the staff is friendly but the wait times are killer.
