My 3 yr old son was traumatized by a different local dentist and I was referred by a special needs school to Dr. Badalaty. She is a great dentist. On our first visit he sat sobbing in the chair and she came out to the waiting room (which is NOT dirty at all!) and sat and talked with him for a good 8 minutes before he took her hand and went to the back on his own. Its now 3 years later and its still tough for him to go (but hes had a lot of work done - not just checkups) but he goes. Dr. Badalaty encourages the kids with grades for brushing/flossing and she has a little prize bin. She also herself makes balloon animals and swords so that is always a hit. :) I couldnt give it 5 stars because sometimes the wait is VERY LONG... but again you are dealing with kids where some are VERY scared and like I said it took 8 minutes just to coax him into the back. So while I loved the attention on that first day - there have been days where Ive missed meetings at work because I had to wait an hour before being seen.

Weve been coming to do Dr Madeline since my children were toddlers. The office is warm and inviting yes, but what goes on from the minute the Dr comes out with a confident and smiling "welcome" is what changed the dental experience for our children forever! I was and still am petrified of the dentist. This was not going to be the case for my kids. Someone recommended Dr B and now our children have a solid and trusting relationship with their dentist will continue to reinforce the overall superior health and appearance of their teeth. This is the foundation children need to have for lifetime of healthy and happy teeth and gums ...and Moms!

Unlike other doctors & dentists offices that see & treat children, this one is very warm & welcoming. Dr. Badalaty makes each child feel confidant and comfortable. My daughter always comes out of her visit with a huge smile & compliments for everyone she came into contact with. Dr. Badalaty makes children feel excited about going to the dentist & proud of taking responsibility for the health of their own mouth. The visits are also well timed. We cannot say enough good things about this Dr and her staff! We have been going to Dr Badalaty for over 9 years and never had anything less than an exceptional experience. The staff is warm, friendly and takes the time to get to know your children. They are very empathetic to the children and are wonderful for those with special needs. When we get our appt card in the mail, the kids will count down the days until they go!

I am disappointed with our visit to Oceans of smiles dentist office. First, we waited too long in a DIRTY waiting room, Second, the nurse and doctor were making my child nervous, because they tried too hard. Everybody knows that children are the best judge of character.

The kids love the video games and the "treehouse" in the waiting room. Both of my children have been with Dr. Badalaty for 3 years now and I have no complaints. The staff is friendly and kind and have been more than helpful in working out any billing/insurance issues.

I really enjoyed my last last visit. My 2 year old is a bit apprehensive, they made her a balloon sword and had us in and out of there so quickly! Plus, they really know how to talk to my daughter, which is important to me!!

Look no further than Dr. Badalaty. She and her staff are amazingly efficient, incredibly nice, and utilze state of the art equipment while treating childrens dental needs. By far the BEST move we ever made!
