I was told "there will be no charge for this service" Then I get a bill in the mail for $410.00 still arguing this for over 8 months now. Dr. Prescribed Antibiotics which killed off all of the flora in my digestive system, still dealing with Diarrhea and Dehydration, Emergency room wrote a prescription for opiods and the Dental clinic gave a second prescription for the same opiods . Also left a tooth fragment in my gum which worked its way out days later. Two days of bleeding from an extraction.

Terrible utterly terrible first they dont tell me what I was supposed to bring being it was my first time applying for charity care , then they tell me I can either pay 189 dollars or not be seen or go through the emergency room meanwhile I have a really bad infection in my mouth and they push me being seen all the way to the end when I was there since 10:30 and than just to get in there and tell me I need an oral surgeon absolutely terrible

absolutely horrible... the dentists are amazing but the office, reception and financial women are horrible. they talk to you as if youre garbage... they cant get their s..t system together... even not being eligible for charity care they want me to apply for it for the 4th time... just a waste of time... you need an appointment for an emergency. emergency = situation requiring immediate attention

From the counter staff and employees were pleasant, helpful and made me feel comfortable with all the work that I need on my teeth. Dr. Brian Wolf was outstanding and provided excellent dental work for all my needs (which were many). He will be a asset to any to his future endeavors. thank you all

the dentists are great, but the scheduling and management are horrible... now you need to make an appointment for emergency!! i have an infection that can possibly be life threatening and no one will answer the phones!!!! and it is the only place my insurance covers
