I would not recommend this place. The only person here is Krista, the office manager for this location. She was excellent. She made sure she would get me in as soon as possible. I had MAJOR dental work. I was not satisfied at all. They have tried to fix it and still to no avail it wasnt. I went this past November to have it fixed again and the Dentis that was there is absolutely horrible ( my regular dentist went to another location). Dr. Stein was absolutely useless to me and basically told me that I am going to just have to deal with it. She said being that I didnt come in for 6 months that it couldnt be that bad. I told her I was trying to get use to it and seeing if I could deal with it well I couldnt so that is why I went back. I would never recommend this place. Dr. Stein is worthless and look into going in a another field of work. The only reason I gave 1 star instead of none is Krista

It was the worst waiting for service experience I ever had at a dentist. One hour after my appointment scheduled for 10:30am soon came in at 11:30am and said the dentist will be with you shortly. Dr. Stein is the dentist in charge and she is the reason I will never go back there after my root canal follow-up is completed next week. Dr. Stein is rude, condescending, excuse maker who refuses to take responsibility for the offices understaffed, overbooked issues. She has no consideration for my time and as a social worker I have no time to waste. I would give credit to the root canal specialist Kevin Johnson, DDS he did a great, painless job on my root canal.

Ive never been a fan of going to the dentist, would usually put it off for years at a time. Now that I go to Brighter Dental I dont mind it at all! Everyone is so nice and Ive never needed to wait, they are great about keeping their appointments on time. Would definitely recommend!

I was happy with all aspects of my initial appointment. All the staff were knowledgeable and courteous. The Dr. made it a point to ensure I understood every aspect of the diagnosis, recommended treatment, and cost - including insurance coverage.
