My family and I have been going to Brilliant Smiles for the past five years and could not have found a better dentist in Dr. Deshpande as she is an expert in her field and knowledgeable dentist always listening to the patient and making recommendations accordingly. Additionally, Dr. D always makes certain the patient is comfortable and happy with the results. There is no one I trust more. The staff at Brilliant Smiles is similarly warm, professional and patient. They always take us in last minute when we have an emergency and are flexible when making appointments for the kids after school. After years of searching, I can finally say we have found the best family dentistry practice!

From the time I started services with Brilliant Smiles, I have received nothing but top notch service. The entire operations from administration to actual dental services is fabulous. They are flexible with setting appointments and send text message appointment reminders. Wait times are minimal and each time I arrive, I am greeted with warm salutations from the entire staff. Finally, I can say the practitioners have carefully assessed my situation, worked with me to create a plan that worked best for me, and executed the plan exactly as it was laid out.... The Brilliant Smiles team of Dentists provide exceptional service. I had a dental implant recently and they completed it in 20 minutes flat with very little pain during or after the oral surgery. The recovery is also smooth and the dentists are always available for answering any questions or concerns. I would strongly recommend their services to anyone who needs good dental treatment.

Great experience. Dr Deshpande us an exceptional dentist, unlike any other dentist Ive seen. She did an excellent evaluation and was very honest with her feedback. She gave me her advise and medical recommendations, but never made me feel obligated to act upon her suggestions. After seeing Dr Deshpande, I will never go to any other dentist. The staff was also extremely friendly.

This review is for the Main Street location only. Drove 45 minutes to get to the office today to find out that the practice was sold. They had me wait 30 minutes to tell me that. They have a new dentist and I didnt feel comfortable with him so I left. Very poor customer service. They should have notified patients that the practice was sold. I will never return !

This office has been a total nightmare. The dentist that did my work is not the owner however the owner having to forcefully refund my and the insurance money back meet with me today to discuss the issues-didnt even offer an apology for the terrible experience her office put me thru.
