Por mi no le daba ni una, pero para dejar un comentario hay q darle aunque sea una... Primero q te dan una cita para una hora y estas casi 2 horas esperando a q te atiendan... Son unos inresponsables estuve esperando 5 semanas para la aprobación del seguro para una simple limpieza dental y casa semana q llamaba decían q lo iban a enviar y nunca lo hicieron... Esos q comentan q es buenísimo el lugar tienen q ser familiares de alguien ahí, por q eso es mentira...

Horrible service!!!!!!!!. I had an appointment with them , there was a problem with my insurance, so they got a letter saying that my insurance was not active. I got to the office and the "secretary" told me : oh your insurance is not working. Then i told her if you got that letter , why u didnt contact me letting me know about this issue. Her answered was : "oh i dont know".. What type of answer is this, like they dont know that people work, they dont care about your time and i miss my day of work because they never contact me about what happened with my insurance.... "Never again going back to this place". Do not recommend it.

Went in as a new patient, front desk staff seemed lost and inexperienced. I was told on the phone when making the appt that they accepted my insurance but when I came in on the day of my appt, I was told that they did not accept it. To make matters worse, they took my referral and insurance cards and never gave them back to me. When I called back, they said they did not have them, in other words, they lost them. Unprofessional, inexperienced, and rediculous are the only words I can use to describe this dental office...ALL CITY DENTAL is a joke and I WOULD NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

The worst place of the City , I went twice, they take your money only to say that got to go to the specialist. They made me loose my time & money . The Drs doesnt know anything :((((
