After an awful experience w/ "regular" dentist, Caring Dentistry For Children was an amazing experience. Im so glad that I went with them. My daughter didnt cry or flinch once, vs. screaming and having to practically be held down at the other dentist. The dentist and assistant were very caring, very quiet and peaceful about what they were doing, knowledgeable, etc. I cant say enough how much I recommend this office, and please keep in mind, when dealing w/ something as tiny as a childs MOUTH, do you want someone who generally deals w/ adult mouths all day or someone who has extensive schooling specifically in pediatric dentistry? Dont make the mistake I made, travel the further distance for a specialist, ITS WORTH IT!

The woman at the front desk, Claudia is far from nice and understanding! She is rude and unprofessional. Proper customer service is to solve a problem in a calm, cool, collected manner, NOT to insult and get loud with patients!!! If their company makes an error she will not admit to it and come to a professional understanding, she will make it the patients fault, even though it is not and then make threats to them followed by agreeing to have her higher up contact you back in regards to the issue but lies and doesnt. This practice is disgraceful and should not be in business.

I went to see Dr. Lopkin for a second opinion on my sons suggested dental work. The staff there was very friendly. Dr. Lopkin took his time explaining his finds, reviewing the X-rays with me and took the time to answer all my questions. I appreciated his honest and experienced advice. My experience there was very good.
