I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. I am the blood daughter of my mother my mom has been going to this hospital on a regular basis to see them for blood pressure and sugar problems and she went In on emergency and these people who are not family related took my mom in and went in and they put a password on this hospital to keep her family out and away from her .meanwhile my mom went into cardiac arrest while being in there, she was out of it for 12 minutes they said and when I got into the hospital I was crying devastated in order for me to even get in I had to call police and have them transfer me to hospital to get in and remove password,i had to bring everything I had to prove she was my mom and had every thing I tried telling the hospital what was going on they didnt do nothing to help me I stated who they were and have been for so long already trying to say things to scare my mom from me, lying to my mom living off her ect . these people have been really doing a number to my mom and my mom is obviously not seeing what they are doing . i cry so much and I get no help she is now on oxygen and I dont see her bc she dont want to see me my mom has many illness and schycological issue but no one paid no mind to me saying what was happening here so now these people now got medical rights over her .she thinks I do bad when all I want is the best for my mom I already tried dealing with guest relations they did nothing at all .all this hospital did was allow this to occur . i couldnt even speak with the CEO of hospital so please dont put family in here..

Staff is very uneducated and unprofessional. When asked to speak to the supervisors 3 came up and only one identified she was a supervisor. The other 2 stood in silence and stood to the side and behind the couches where we sat . The approach they took was very unprofessional to begin with. Prior to this when speaking to the supervisor of social services, for most of the phone call he was saying what he thought were patient information laws and when I asked him what specific law he was talking in regards to he simply said "I dont know Im just talking off of my head and what I am telling you to do are just suggestions" only after I had asked him what specific law is he speaking of did he state that he was lying and did not know exactly what he was talking about. Then called to speak with another manager got hung up on and then told we would get a phone call back which was never received. Because of the negligence and malpractice done by this hospital a patient has gone missing for over 3 days and had to have a police report filed. Patient was mentally unstable and released without notifying emergency contacts and immediate family. The hospital took no initiative to find patients family or caretaker and make sure the patient was discharged probably. I would not wish this upon anyone to have a close family member treated so poorly by a hospital. The entire faculty needs to be retrained. *Update * no one from the facility has called, supervisors lied what a surprise.

Having a surgery is not the most pleasurable thing you can experience. My father has a routine gallbladder removal in the end of September. However, it was a first major proceduer for him. Thanks God, he was able to be treated by Dr. Markov. Dr. Markov is incredibly experienced surgeon. Always informative to patient and family. The procedure was done in less than hour. On a behave on my dad and our family, I would like to say THANK YOU! Of course, I can not forget about Dr. Markovs assistants and amazing and supportive nurses in pre and post-op area. Dear Nurses, please forgive me if I spell your name wrong. :-) Angle, Josephine, Irene, Estephanie - great job! At the time of our stay, all of you presented with smile on your face, full professionalism and dedication for your patient. I observed you all the time and I realized that you are the best nurses I have ever met in my life and in my career. I will always have the picture of your smile and encouragement in my mind. It will also help in my nusring career. Who knows, maybe one day I will be able to join your team. Hahaha... Thank you again!!! Monika S, LPN and RN in 2018!!! :-) :-) :-)

All of the reviews I have written in the past have been about positive experiences. With that said, the overall experience I have received with several services provided by Raritan Bay Medical Center have been mediocre and in one situation disrespectful. Appropriate staffing appears to be an issue with several RBMCs practices that I have visited on a consistent basis. Patient ability to book appointments during compatible hours have been an issue that has led me to look for services elsewhere. In one particular situation, the tone and interaction over the phone by the answering service (the automatic redirect when you call the systems physicians when office hours have closed) was rude, rushed, and demeaning when I myself was courteous and understanding of this staff members role. I have given this hospital system the benefit of the doubt on many occasions. However, this led me to look elsewhere for my care. Should hospital administrators review this, I would recommend that professionalism be reviewed to ensure that those representing the values and philosophy of your health care system follow through on all fronts.

I was just here last night me and my husband were there for about 4 hours, I must of seen the nurse twice they gave me an IV and some meds once those finished they disconnected the IV line and the nurse told me my results came back and she was waiting for the doctor to review them I was fine with that. I waited for about 2 hours I didnt see the nurse again and the doctor either when I asked a different nurse on an update she told me they were busy aND the doctor will be with me soon I continued to wait and nothing I finally had enough and told someone to give me my papers so I can go and what got me the must upset was that the doctor was behind the nurse station on his phone doing nothing. So not only did they lie to my face about being so busy. ..... they completely disregarded me and I am 30 WEEKS PREGNANT! ! they werent too busy when all the nurses were no where to be found because they were singing happy birthday and eating cake as you heard and saw them do. Ridiculous

I went with my 1 year old because he was limping and screaming and they decided it was ok to let him wait for 2 hours to be called back . once they called him in they left him in the room without anyone checking on us for another 2 1/2 hours. (Please keep in mind he is 1 years old) at this point he was exhausted and hadnt had a nap, he was hungry, they didnt offer him anything to eat or drink. I had to take him out of the room and go to the nurses desk to ask when they are going to attend to him after all this time ... They sent a P.A in and then they thought it was ok to let him wait another 2 hours for an xray. At this point I had the Dr write me a stat prescription for the xray and left ! If my child is dying i have better chances of driving him to Saint Peters University and him surviving , than taking him 2 minutes away from my house to Raritan Bay Medical Center. THEY ARE THE WORST HOSPITAL EVER !!!!!!!!! IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF DO NOT GO HERE . EVER.
