WORST EVER!!! My wife had been seeing her during her pregnancy period. On the day of baby arrival, @7:00am, we called doctor that she is having pain. The doctor said "it normal, when you have more pain you call us". Well, how much pain is more pain? We called doctor again around @7:25 and doctor said you go to hospital and I will see you there soon. We reached hospital @8:00am, registered, got the room and were waiting for doctor. The doctor "Sheela Chobey" never arrived at the hospital that day. All the doctors and nurse there were wondering what to do as nobody knew her case, and didnt have her file with them. Many doctors gathered at the room and were discussing what to do as my wife was having heavy pain. The baby was out by 9:12am. Sheela never came to see my wife that day or even next day. On 3rd day, she passed by next to my wife, ignored - no eye contact, and moved away!!! She didnt have a little courtesy to say "Hi" or "Hello" or "How are you doing". I dont see the option "Worst" here so have to say "Poor - Fair".

Ive been a patient for 10 years but this is the 2nd time in 6 months that I experienced terrible service by the staff. I called in for a prescription and the receptionist promised it would be sent to my Pharmacy by end of day. Just like the first time, I followed up 2 times to ensure the doctor received my request because the matter was urgent. I was promised that the doctor would see it after he had seen all his patients (by 4pm). By 5:30pm, the prescription was never sent and I reached an answering machine. As a result, I had to resort to calling the emergency hotline to reach a doctor directly. Not sure if this practice just has an archaic process or incompetent staff. Either way, I am finding a new practice with a higher standard for quality of care starting with basic office management. Dr. Cogliani is great. Unfortunately, the staff makes this practice unreliable.

I came in at 5 weeks to confirm pregnancy, I was concerned because I had some bleeding around the time of expected cycle. I gave both urine and blood. I was told to return in 2 weeks for ultrasound. When I returned she could not see a baby. When I asked about my hcg levels, I found out she never tested my blood nor my urine for confirmed pregnancy so I have no idea if I miscarried weeks ago. I have to wait for more blood work. This office is very unprofessional from the front desk staff to the doctors, you literally leave your urine in the hall way with no cap or label to show whom it belongs to, the equipment is outdated, just a bad experience all together. Once these results come back Im am definitely finding another doctor. I wouldnt recommend her to my worst enemy.

Used to go to Dr. Choubey years ago and was happy with her for awhile, then I began to notice she was rushing the exams and felt like she became a little rude & crude. I felt like she wasnt listening when I was explaining things to her. The last straw was when I had to go to the emergency room and had an ovarian cyst and went to her for a follow up. I had all my paperwork with me to show her and when I handed it to her she took it and threw on the chair, examined me, did an ultra sound and said in a fresh manner, well, its not there now. As I said rude & crude. Never went back after this.

Dont waste your time going there. Staff and doctors are very unprofessional. They will talk you only when you need new appointment. Otherwise if you need to speak to doctor forget it. Always ready for blood test and all other test what they can do in their own clinic if you need it or not. If you are going for 3 times in same month or more get ready for all test every time.

My appointment was scheduled for 9:15 and I didnt get seen until 11:30. Just a horrible experience, time is important for everyone. Please manage your schedule list, at least inform before so that we didnt go there wait for 2 hours unnecessarily. Its kind of unpleasant experience. Office management need to improve and give more information to new patient.

I have been going to Dr Choubey for years and find her to be a good doctor. Im reading all these negative comments, but there are other doctors in Middlesex County that you can choose. I do agree her wait times are too long. I believe they overbook, but this shows she has a great number of patients and therefore must not be too bad!

Ive been coming here for the past 15 or so years. Ive never had a bad experience. Although i ONLY see Dr. Cogiliani Ive never had a problem. I did see Dr. Choubey once or twice in the years ive been going and she always seemed rushed. As for the staff theyve always been friendly to me.

the doctors are ok but the staff are not good. there is so much wait time and doctors will try to make you go away as much as they can.. faster.... they will not give any samples even though they have plenty :( good luck guys Kiran

Horrible service. My appointment was scheduled for 5:15 and I didnt get seen until 6:00. The staff is very unprofessional. Just a horrible experience
