My wife went in for our new borns 2 week appointment, She shows up less than 5 minutes late for our 12:45pm appointment and the office staff refuses to see our daughter since the office closes for lunch from 1-2pm! Why schedule us at 12:45pm then? Last time we had to wait well over 30 minutes for the doctor to even see us but refusing to see a 2 week old and asking us to reschedule?!!! this really infuriates me, my wife asked the office manager (this is what she was claiming to be) if any doctors are available to which she said she had checked and none are available now as the office closes at 1pm? She asked, so all the doctors are taking lunch at the same time and can take our appointment? I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB and any other regulatory agency including the state medical board against this pediatrics office. I do not want to take my business to an inflexible and just plain selfish and rude establishment like this. I hope the doctors Julio Guerra, Ricki Gottlieb, Beth Gelman, and Elena Shteynberg are aware of this behavior and from what the receptionist said they seem to allow it.

bad experience. doctors stress more on prescription rather than problem. My son was given antibiotics for almost a month without any reason. we were told that he has ear infection but on taking second opinion from other doctor we came to know that he is perfectly fine and he got two perfect ears. Also the staff is so rude,always ready to take co-pays but no service is available, we got late by 10 mins and there was no doc to see my son. DISAPPOINTED :(

First off, let me preface this by saying that no Drs office is perfect. However this office, staff & Drs come pretty close. I take my 4 children here and theyve been seen by all the Drs and Nurse practitioners. They are all wonderful. One of my children was recently diagnosed with ADHD, and Dr Guerra was able to put together a plan that has changed my family for the better. My children all love their Drs and the staff here even more than I do.

Been going to this practice for 18+ years (3 kids). and have been very pleased with the care. We have had both minor and major issues including infant needing surgery. I trust them to have a frank conversations with me & my kids and to address my concerns.
