I have only been taking my twin sons here for a few months but i love them! My one son had to go to the nicu and they worked with the hospital staff to makesure i was kept informed of what was going on. After being discharged, they continued to monitor him to ensure he continued to grow and gain weight. They take all my concerns to heart and truly listen to what i have to say. They also spent HOURS trying to get my insurance to cover the cost of my sons neosure, through the insurance, prescription coverage, and even medical supplier component. Since the insurance refused to cover it, they are now reaching out to the supplier itself to see what they can do to get us samples and even a discounted rate. This is surely above and beyond! !

We have only been going to Laurel Pediatrics for a few months, however, we are very happy with the care our son has received. All of the staff have been welcoming and helpful. Although our son was born prematurely, Dr. Pasternak has provided us with the special care our son requires. My wife and I had a concern about our son and we came into the office right before they were closing. Dr. Pasternak and the staff welcomed us with a smile and checked out our son even though we did not have an appointment. We appreciate the superior customer service and care!

I have been coming to Laurel Pediatrics for my two kids since 2000. I am soooooo unhappy!!! Average wait itme per visit scheduled or unscheduled is hour and half!!! We have complained and are given tons of excuses and take our co pays all the same!!! If an appointment is scheduled, I can see being a few minutes late. I can see having a few emergencies pop up in a day BUT HOUR AND HALF AVERAGE WAIT TIME!!!!??? REALLY??!!?? Dont consider this office as your childs care giver. You will waste half their lives in their waiting room!! Tricia S

Ive been going to laurel Pediatrics for over 18 years. My insurance switched and they no longer covered it, so I needed to switch doctors offices. No matter how sick I was I wouldnt go to the doctors until I was on an insurance plan that laurel pediatrics accepted. Well Im back now and I plan on briningg my children here!
