My children have been patients of Dr. Margiottis for many years. He is truly a gifted physician....and his knowledge, experience and compassion have been invaluable to our family. From reassuring us through our childrens newborn concerns to supporting us through major, chronic diseases, he has always pointed us in the right direction. In addition, the other providers in the practice have also been readily available to provide our children with the excellent care we insist upon. They are all so knowledgable! We have especially appreciated the offices accessibility...its always been easy to schedule appointments around our work and activity schedules. And my children have always been accomodated for same day appointments when they were sick. The staff from the front desk to the nurses are very friendly and accomodating. They have always been willing to take messages for the doctor, responded quickly to all our referral requests, and are always friendly to both myself and my children. Anyone who chooses this practice for their children will not be disappointed.

Dont bother they are the most disorganized doctors office I have ever meet! Lets start off that they charge you to fill out forms and they dont even fill them out they print the freakn record. I dont know where they get their paper and ink but to charge $11.00 to fill out (print a piece of paper) and than have the never to make you wait 24 to 48 hours to that is ridiculous. The second thing, I go with my daughter (who if 18) and because it was for college to start at a new doctor would be to time consuming so we decided to get all the info and exam from them, the visit went fine and she needed blood work no issue there until I call for the results and they wouldnt talk to me because she is 18 WELL WHY THE HELL didnt they tell me or her when we were together in the office about this policy so we could sign the paper right then and there. They lack professionalism and patient courtesy. Never going back and would never recommend.

Rude,rude,rude the front desk people are the worst Ive ever encountered I once called to make a flu shot appt. around the time of the swine flu scare I was left on hold for 15 mins I called back was asked to hold again I asked when would be a better time to call back I was told 12:30 which I found out was there lunch break. I also dropped off a from to be filled out for school I asked if I could pick it up 2dsys later on thurs they said yes I came thurs at 3pm I said I was there to pick up they said did we call you, I said no ,they said if we didnt call u then your from isnt ready I left said Id return the next day, they called me 15 mins later to say my from was ready (bitches)

At the last appointment I had with them they stated that they had added Saturday and Sunday hours. Well I took my child on Sunday since she was running a fever. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill with a charge for Sunday visit of an extra 44.00 on top of the office charge of 149.00 so it was 193.00 for it being Sunday to be seen for 15 mins-SMH- You should at the very least let parents know that that when you telling them that you are now open over the weekend that you charge them more for those appointment... maybe you can put a star by your sat and sun hours the denotes an extra charge that would be what an practice that is honest would do..

ZERO stars. for billing and office I just had my kids in for an annual exam. They have been patients since they were born. The doctors are great -- no problem with them except.. They charged us for ONE QUESTION "how are you feeling, depressed? No? Great" $105.00.. What a complete rip off. Insurance does not cover it as the billing dept refuses to put the correct billing code in. This is just a money grab that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. I am completely frusturated.

Rude and arrogant doctors. They just want to get you in and out. All they care about is the $. Especially Amber. Im a concerned parent of a 6 year old with constant headaches. When I asked about X-rays she blew me off and when I came back at her she flipped a lid. The other doctors are the same way. I dont know why Ive dealt with it for so long. Even the receptionists are terribly rude.

I hate this office. I just registered my children at a different location. They are rude and dont take the time to listen to your concerns.I am a nurse. I understand being extremely busy in the medical field but they have no courtesy or compassion. Amber comes off as being very judgemental whether she realizes it or not.

This is the worse off if Ive ever gone to the girls at the front desk are rude I dont know if its because were Hispanic every time I come there is something wrong they changed my hours they change the appointment they tell me that its the wrong time all the time my my sons little legs are always purple after I come here

They are rude! They kicked my son out of their office without my knowledge. I had to find out a year later when it was time for my kids yearly check up. Related to bill they had to kick my son out and they cant take him in.

The best PCP in Southeastern PA! They are extra-attentive. They have almost no lobby wait times. They have WALK-IN hours! They ALWAYS call me back when I leave a message! Where is the competition? ~Dad of 3 little ones

They bought our original doctors practice. We didnt choose them. After getting seen for an ear infection and receiving a flu vaccine, I received a call from the doctor to ask ME what vaccinations my son had received.

We went here for a year, not all the doctors are as nice they all seem ok and helped us out when needed, and they seems to want you to get out quick. Not have many complaints, but the stuff arent that nice.

Its nice for convenience, but you are definitely just a number. The doctors are cold and impersonal. Ive had better luck with the PAs and N.Ps .

Some doctors are definitely good. Never go for Amber L. Albert. You will get the worst treatment you ever had for your loved ones.
