Find a new primary care office! It took over 1 1/2 hr for my children to be seen brought to the back and they still did not know when they would see the doctor. I had to reschedule because I did not have 3 plus hours to wait for an annual physical. And they looked annoyed with me! Definitely not the same service back when Dr Massey and Dr Selbst was the main doctors. Dont waste your time.

Unprofessional. Extortionist. Who is the doctor? Weve been there several times and have seen the doctor only once. We need forms filled for school and they are actually charging to have them filled and you have to wait 7-10 days to get them back. Worse clinic Ive ever been to with any of my children. Find somewhere else to take your babies.

Very irresponsible doctor office gave me problems with my daughters physical to be filled out for head start and every time my daughter would get sick the could never see me the same day i would have to take her to the urgent care! Also they misdiagnosed my daughter with a ear infection! I do not recommend this doctor office.

Blessed and Highly Favored

Fast appointments, caring staff, very personable...when Dr. Alyson Selbst and her crew were there. She was the absolute best! Since she left 4yrs ago there have been no less than 3-4 physicians that tried to fill in. Its a revolving door of doctors. Wish I lived closer to Dr. Selbsts practices.

The doctor is so ignorant. They keep trying to say she isnt considered her exact age because she was born a month early like she is slow or something. Mis-scheduling of appointments. Irresponsible. I should have read the reviews on this office first.

wish I could be zero stars!!!! Took over a HOUR to schedule a physical...That was just to schedule!!! Then you cannot get an appointment more than 2 weeks in advance. No same day visits for sick kids.
