I am truly disappointed in the care that I received. I arrived to see the doctor with genuine concerns about my health. I was sick and dehydrated, frequent bruising, headaches, nausea. I asked for a prescription for a few of my symptoms related to my illness and also asked for a prescription for a good multi vitamins. He was in a rush, cutting me off when I was attempting to explain how I was feeling, and he stated " Well, you seem fine, now, go on..get outta here, kid" I couldnt believe he said that to me! He also mentioned that he was "too busy" to go over my health concerns. There were "too many people in the waiting room" My question is then why are several patients booked for the same appointment time?!! I saw that on the sign in log. The man behind the desk who takes your information was rude, didnt smile and it felt like you were "putting him out" When he was asked a question. The medical assistant who takes your vitals was very kind and compassionate, but the rest of the staff? Forget it. Extremely unprofessional and I really resented being felt as if I was bothering the staff when I had a question, and being told that "I seem fine, now" is not what I was expecting to hear out of a health professional. This is the 4th time Ive seen him and I definitely will not return. Completely disgusted.

I broke 3 ribs while on vacation in North Wildwood. I was told to follow up with my family physician. Since I was unable to drive home, I had to find a local doc..I found Dr. Olarsch. He was professional, very well informed, answered all my questions and helped a horrible situation, get so much better. His bedside manner is relaxed and his sense of humor is second to none. My parents came along with me to my appointment and they, along with myself, highly recommend Doc Olarsch. I have to say, if I lived locally, this doctor would be my new family doc. If you are in need of any type of assistance and need a local doc...you have definitely found a Great one in Dr. Olarsch. The office is not located in the best neighborhood; however, once inside, you will walk out feeling like you just spent time with a doc who really cares. I just have to mention, not only did I feel that the doc had genuine concern about my pain and my condition, he called me the next day to follow up and ask me how I was feeling? When was the last time, if ever, have you had a doctor do that? He is aces (#1) in my book. Thank you Dr. Olarsch!

In Wildwood on vacation, my 11 year old had an infected toenail. I found Wildwood Family Medical Associates on Google and read the reviews. After 3 great ones, I decided to go to this family practice that takes small emergency walk-ins rather than go to an urgent care facility. The office is on a corner and is inside a blue building. Its very easy to find, and I had no problem parking. The staff is extremely welcoming, very friendly and most efficient. We were in and out with a visit with the nurse and doc, prescription called in, in about 30 minutes, maybe less. Dr. Olarsch and his nurse both have an amazing bedside manner and put us at ease when dealing with a medical issue while away from home. Im fairly certain that it was the most enjoyable doctors office visit Ive ever had and my daughter agrees with that assessment. If we are ever here again and need a doctor, this is where we will go.

We like Dr. Olarsch. It is hard to find a doctor these days who seems generally interested in his patients and Dr. Olarsch fits the bill. The waiting room is totally seventies and needs an update and he accepts walk-ins so you never know what kind of patients will be in the waiting room (it is never boring!), but those seem to be the only drawbacks that weve seen. I love the nurse and the guy at the desk who are both very nice and accommodating. We take both of our girls there and he interacts with them and tickles their feet when necessary.

Both of my little ones got sick while we were vacationing in Wildwood. I saw the good reviews and decided to come here. I couldnt have been happier with my decision and I cant thank the doctor enough for all he did. He went above and beyond to help treat my 2 year old, he even had me come in again and did a follow up call. I only wish he would relocate up north. If you need a doctor for your children or even for yourself, dont hesitate to go here, I never write reviews and Im VERY PICKY with everything, hes the real deal.

Wildwood Family Medical was the happiest doctors office I have ever been in. Normally Im not too attentive to my surroundings, but during my short wait to be seen I noticed how happy the staff and patients seemed to be. The staff was also very attentive to my needs. When I met the doctor I immediately understood why the office was so welcoming. The office was an extension of his personality and professionalism.

Once again...my compliments and thanks to Dr. Olarsch. I went to see doc while on vacation. He spent a lot of time answering my questions, while asking pertinent questions. A true professional. His staff; Barry at the front desk is such a nice guy to deal with. If you are in the area and need a Great doc, dont hesitate to walk in or call Barry and schedule an appointment.

Best doctor I have ever been to. He seems to genuinely care about his patients. He is great with kids. The first time I took my daughter there she was very nervous, so he gave her stuffed animal she brought a check up too! Which made her smile.

Great experience. From calling the office to bringing my infant into see Dr. Olarsch, everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating. Dr. Olarsch was thorough and non-hurried, giving a personal touch that you rarely come across these days.
