The office doesnt even deserve ONE star. I am highly upset and not at all happy . My daughter has had a cough in her lungs now for 6 months, no xray , no nothing. its just a "cold" .... The office staff are rude and ALWAYS , ALWAYS HAVE A NASTY ADDITUDE. No customer service what so ever. Everytime I need paper work, there is a fee . After months of going back and forth of giving them 2, 3, 4th chances , I had enough. Called to have both my kids charts closed and they charged me of COURSE, AND DIDNT HAVE THE PAPERWORK READY WHEN I WAS CALLED AND SAID THE PAPERWORK WAS READY !!!! Dont bother wasting your time to bring your kids here. Oh and also, your child goes by a chart number and not their name. In their eyes, your child is only a NUMBER!!!!!!!!!

**I can NOT comment about DRs, as I did not make it past the receptionist** I called as a new patient to ask some general questions. The receptionist was very rude and annoyed that I was asking questions (I am an expecting mother so this is all new to me). I was enquiring about if and how they go about taking new patients and was asking for information about the Drs available (where they went to school, are they board certified, how long have they been practicing). This person made me feel horrible for asking such questions. Like I said, I cannot comment of the Drs, but I was so put off by the receptionist that I will continue my search.

My children are 20 and 16 and have been to Valley Pediatrics since they were born. We started in the Huntington Valley office and were thrilled when the Warminster office was opened. While all the doctors are great, Dr Endo is exceptional. He is kind, listens to the parents and the patient, and takes his time to ensure the patient leaves there happy even though they may be ill.

I love this place they have great service and the doctors are so nice! My mom works there and always comes home telling me and my sisters stories about how cute the kids were and how nice the moms are......definitely worth a visit to Valley pediatrics

Love this place. Dr dennis was my pediatrician growing up in a different location, my 2yr old has been coming since she was born, shes seen him twice, n now sees dr endo here, he is the best!! Goes above and beyond
