Listen all parents! This office does not fill out medical forms for utility companies! This may not be an important factor for you, however if you have a sick child and get behind on your bills and need help, Castor Pediatrics , after billing your insurance company and taking your co-payments WILL NOT take 15-20 minutes to review a chart and fax back a form ( a very short form)! Spend your resources wisely and chose who you want to do business with. *Note: this was not case specific. This is there policy. When I called regarding a form faxed on my behalf , the person answering the phone explained that they have a notice in the waiting room stating that they do not update medical forms .

Ive been going to this office since I was born and now all 3 of my kids as well as my nieces go here. Dr. Sey is amazing at what he does, is great with kids and is very knowledgeable. Every person that works there is great with kids and makes it as effortless as possible to get you in and out on your way. No they dont fill out utility forms, but if its any insurance form needed for your child (example; for them to get coverage, see a specialist, or medical care) they do. They also fill out physical forms for school and camp. Every now and then, you do have to wait a little longer for your appointment but usually its no longer then 15 minutes. The doctor doesnt rush you through, hes thorough.

Worst place ever. I thought my daughter had an ear infection. So called they gave an appointment and I came on time they had me waiting for hour and a half. Then I asked whats going on they said they waiting for a room to become available. I looked back there ALL THE ROOM WAS EMPTY. When I finally got back there I waiting another 45mins. How you gonna make somebody wait that long with a 9month old baby not knowing if that baby has a ear infection.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS THERE!!! I CALLED LAST WEEK TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, BUT THEY TOLD ME TO CALL BACK NEXT WEEK AND SO I DID. THE APPOINTMENT THEY GAVE ME WAS A VERY LONG WAIT. THE NURSES THERE WERE RUDE TO ME AND THEY MADE ME CRY ON MY BIRTHDAY WHICH IS TODAY. THE DOCTORS ALSO DONT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT AN APPOINTMENT IS EITHER. VERY OBTUSE. (AKA MEANING STUPID)

I take my nephew here and although they are nice when I go into the office they are HORRIBLE at returning calls and they never answer when I call. So I always have to leave a message but it takes 2-3 messages before I get a call back. I also just tried to leave a message and about 3 seconds in the system cuts me off and gives me prompts to follow.

Never had a problem. Called office, and received a call from the doctor within one hour. Was able to come in immediately for problems. My son went here for two years, but we moved out of the area. Great doctors! The wait time varied, but seemed quicker in the morning.

So hypocritical, if you go on appointment they will welcome you with fake smile made on premises. if you dare to come late or change your appointment for urgent reason, they show their real cold blooded heinous, I hate them. Would never recommend this office.

I completely disagree. I have never had problems with this office. They are usually busy, so there can be a bit of a wait at times but that happens everywhere. I think the staff if very friendly, polite, and professional.

me & my family went here , now my kids are going here. Love the staff. I know all the nurses & dr.sey is great. You can tell he cares about the kids. Wouldnt take them anywhere else.
