Dr. Koppel is an amazing doctor. I went to his office after having a bad experience and prescription done at another doctors office a week prior to my visit and he did not disappoint. I have a condition called keratoconus, which causes the cornea to be egg shaped. Because of this condition, prescriptions need to be very exact and the exams need to be thorough. At the first doctors office I went to (Santa Maria Eye), it felt like an assembly line of exams and the feeling that they wanted you in an out of there as fast as possible. Because of their rush I was given 3 wrong prescriptions and 3 wrong pairs of glasses. I could not continue allowing them to diagnose my eyes incorrectly. After searching online I found Dr. Koppels practice and made an appointment. The staff was very accommodating and helped me find an appointment that worked for my work schedule. The examination was the best eye exam Ive ever had, and Ive been wearing glasses since I was 5 years old. Dr. Koppel was very thorough and made sure every step was done to get a correct diagnosis and prescription for glasses and contacts. The day I returned to pick up my contacts, Dr. Koppel took his time to show me how to put in and take out my new contacts. This may seem like a routine thing for contacts, but for hard contacts the process is very different and can be time consuming. I never felt rushed and was encouraged to take my time and get it right. I look forward to coming here for years to come and I cant say enough about how pleased I am with the services provided. If you want a thorough examination and the feeling that your eyes are the most important thing, then this is the place to go to.

Congratulations to this optometry practice in South Plainfield, New Jersey! This business has a unique name and the store location, store layout, eyeware displays, signage, extremely detailed business cards with the "eyes" logo and selection of staff are nothing less than brilliant. Dr. Koppel, the owner, has impeccable taste, his attention to detail is noteworthy and this store exudes quality with the highest standards. Speaking of highest standards, I would like to mention how impressed I am with my eye exam and the followup I received from Dr. Lillian Fasman. Not only is Dr. Fasman extremely professional, intensely thorough, remarkably knowledgeable and exceedingly kind, she is a gifted and talented eye practitioner who works diligently and conscientiously to exceed her patients expectations. I am so impressed with her work ethic that I just had to take the time to inform everyone of how pleased I am. I truly appreciate the finer details that make this business the best of the best! I went to EyeKrafters to order contact lenses for my son. I had a very bad experience overall. First, when trying to place the order, the lady who attended to us was quite inefficient. She diid not keep the promise she made that she would call me to confirm that order was placed. I called back two day later, and was told that the same lady would return my call, which she never did. Finally I had to return to the shop three days later to get confirmation that the order had been placed. I was again promised that I would get a call when the order was ready, in about 10 to 14 days. I did not receive any call until I called them 24 days later and was told the order was ready. When I went to pick up the order, the quantity was wrong. The person who dealt with me when I went to pick up the order was also not polite. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I am wearing glasses all my life. I am a grandmother, by the way, my life did not start just few years ago. United States is not a first country I live in, actually the fourth one and the best. Customer service is brilliant, people are smiling and happy, but.... at the EyeKrafters I found everything you ever need to service your needy eyes. Even Polina who speaks your mothers tongue and the brand of glasses that I love (anyone of chain places did not have them), also convenience being in my neighborhood. Polina is very helpful, knows her profession and knows to smile. Dr. Lior Koppel is great! He is very knowledgeable, gentle and very personal. Also, his first name means "Light to me" . By taking care of people eyes, Dr. Lior Koppel helps people to see this light. Thank you!!!

Today, i had my worst experience with the Manager, she is so rude. I can understand if its rush hour and there are many customers and its a long day but today i hardly see any customer during the time i visited. If the manager has no patience to listen to the customer then i believe its not a good sign. All i can tell to the Doctor, you have a lost a loyal customer with the rude behavior of your staff. If you think its only one customer and you have plenty of customers then its beginning of the fall of EyeKrafters. I request the doctor to take my constructive feedback in a positive way and help train the folks ( wherever is needed) so that the similar experience is not repeated with other customers.

Excellent experience with Dr. Koppel, Optician Sharon DiPilla. For over 4 years, they have taken great care of my EYES. Dr. Koppel offer great advise and Sharon has excellent product knowledge and good customer relationship. Thank you . Sharon D. has been my optician since I have been coming to EyeKrafters. She is very knowledgeable and offer excellent suggestions when attending to me. She has excellent customer service skills and good product knowledge. She is sweet and caring. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for new or replace their eyewear. I found Polina to be an excellent optician too. Sharon D was out and she did an amazing job fitting me with my new eyewear.

This was my first time being seen at eyekrafters and I had an awesome experience. My cousin referred me to this place telling me how nice everyone was. I was greeted by two receptionist who were extremely helpful and pleasant. I was running out of contacts and needed a new exam and they were able to see me immediately. The doctor is wonderful he did a very extensive exam and explained everything to me. This has been one of the best experiences I have had in awhile. I would encourage everyone to come get their eyes checked here.

Weve been patients here for years and have always been happy with the level of service we have received. Today, however, all the stars go to Cynthia! She was outstanding. She resolved a scheduling conflict and could not have been more pleasant. From initial questions by phone, to our experience at the counter, Cynthia handled it all professionally and with a smile. I have not been to EyeKrafters in two years I live in Florida and went back to NY for vacation I decided to just pop in on EyeKrafters to see if they could see me. I walked in and the staff treated me as if I never left. Dr Koppel treated me the same. The manager Sharon noticed again I could make a decision on frames so helped picked the ones that were best for me. I left very satisfied And will schedule my appt during my Yearly vacations.
