You have to love this place. I called asked for a copy of my perscription and the lady told me shed call me back MONDAY. Not in an hour not in two but MONDAY. When I told her it was an emergency she said (and I quote) "Well, Im busy right now and I leave at 5." Yes, her leaving is much more important then anything I would need. Not to mention Dr. Frankel himself is all but eccentric. The last time I ordered contacts; the wouldnt order my regular freshlook and wanted to get me a better company. And it only took a MONTH to come in. Do yourself a favor, fina dr who cares for your business.

Their new address is 2901 Washington Road, Sayreville NJ. Dont be surprised by the Lawyers sign in front of the building. May be Dr. Frankel is renting the place from him. OK Doctor, extremely rude staff and very limited options for kids frames. I would not recommend anyone to go there. We are stuck with the extremely low quality frames we got from this place. We went back to get them replaced, no resolution. I am taking my case to the insurance company. Good Luck!

I found Dr. Frankel to be very experienced about eye care and early signs of eye disease. He worked very well with my granddaughter and I felt confident his eye exam was accurate as my granddaughter could follow his directions and was more comfortable with Dr Frankel than any of her past eye doctors. Because of his expertise and easy manner, I made an appointment for my eye exam with Dr. Frankel.

The staff are nice but that is about it. Ive been waiting for 3 months for a 6 month supply of contacts. I have been calling every two weeks to see if they have come in and I am constantly told they are still back ordered but I can get a trial contact to hold me over. They last a month if I make it stretch. I should have gone to a different place. Im very upset with them.

I have been looking for Dr Frankel for a month. My glasses have a problem I cant read with them. I was told to come in so he could look as them and when I came the office was closed saying that they have moved and would open July 1st. I have called and called But I get no answer. I really need to find out what is going on. I really do not have four hunderd to waste

I have been using Dr Frankel for about 4 years now and have no intentions of switching, ever. When he retires will be the only time I look for a new eye doctor. The wait is never very long, and although he is quick he is also thorough. He answers questions in a matter that you can understand and takes your concerns seriously. He is very easy to talk to as well.

worst ofice you can deal with, you have to wait for months to get your contact lenses or glasses (could go up to 6 months). if you have a problem and need to talk to the doctor, he never calls back or return your call. if you have a probmeb with eye glasses, which happens alot, they are not helpfull. Go somewhere else.

I have been to many eye doctors definitely the worst!!!!! Never answers the phone, if you leave a voicemail theyll never call back ... when I got my glasses prescribed they didnt even help... this man needs to retire and shut this place down. Me and my family will never return !

Horrible Dr! Owes me money for a refund on a visit that insurance paid and you cant get in touch with him. Doesnt have phones answered when he isnt in the office. Staff is lazy, incompetent, and ineffective!
