Dr. Offen is smart, kind, incredibly thorough with state of the art equipment. Having moved recently and seen another eye doctor whom I wasnt satisfied with, I returned to Dr. Offen. She gave me the most thorough exam that I have ever had, checked all my glasses to make sure they were correct (they were not) and gave me a new, and Im sure, correct prescription. So even though I have to have the glasses changed, I will be able to see properly. It will be worth the trip back to Westfield from wherever to have my yearly check ups. Sharon Naulty

From the time i made the appointment with Offen Eye Associates and started to receive emails, i thought to myself that this is a technologically savvy office. When I entered the office and saw the environment and how everything was set up, i was impressed. Everything was pretty state of the art. My time with Dr. Offen was spent well with her explaining to me what was going on and how i could improve my situation. I would definitely recommend this office.

While attempting to ask the cost of having my prescription filled, I was asked to sign a "sign-in sheet" which I did. I was then informed by an employee that they had many other customers. Not sure why I was told this. I immediately left this business as I felt that I was treated in an unprofessional, unpleasant, disrespectful, hostile and downright rude manner. No way to treat a potential customer/client!

Dr. Offen is very thorough. Her office equipment is state of the art. Recently had an issue with my sons eyes ( who is also a pt). I needed to speak with her immediately and she was right on the phone reassuring me that what was happening to him in another state was appropriate. I am very confident and pleased with my eye care that I receive by Dr. Offen Theresa

Ive been to many eye doctors and Dr. Offen is the best. Ive been going to her since the early 90ies. She is very considerate of my time, and helpful with my specific problem. Never rushes and takes time to explain everything. I highly recommend her to anyone I speak to regarding vision problems.

great experience! Brought my 4 yr old here for his first eye exam. It was thorough, thoughtful and he even had fun! They have guided us and helped us tremendously. I know we are in good hands. I highly recommend Offen for your pediatric eye care needs. Everyone was warm, welcoming & knowledgeable.

Dr. Offen is GREAT! I have been taking my mom to her for quite a few years now, She has made my moms life and mine, easier, My mom has many allergies so Dr. Offen keeps that in mind when giving my mom eye drops or creams. Any complaints my mom should have Dr. Offen takes care of right away.

Excellent service! Had an emergency condition recently and Dr. Offen did an immediate examination and referred me to specialist for further care. The office is very professional, and they offer the state of the art equipment and the most thorough exam Ive ever had!
