GREAT EXPERIENCE! Kathy answered the phone and scheduled us for that day; cheerful, professional eye techs greeted us and a wonderful doctor examined our eyes. Emily helped us pick out frames - even took photos of us in them to make it easier to decide which of our faves looked best! Joe fitted them for us -- everyone made this experience fun and productive. We can see so clearly that this will be our eyeglass shop from now on! Thanks, LensCrafters of East Brunswick! Since they didnt bother to provide great service I wont bother leaving a detailed review as to how poor the service was. Simply put, I wont be returning. I did, however, receive great service at the Brunswick Square Mall location.

I spent more than 1/2 hr trying to select a frame. No one was even bothered to help even when asked. Worst customer service ive ever seen in a optical store in US. Finally I walked out.
