I am a big Costco fan, had an eye exam and purchased 2 sets of glasses. The problem is you cannot purchase lenses or new glasses past the year exam without having a new exam. The coating is wearing off, no problems with eyesight and they wont replace the lenses at my expense. Other optical places will gladly make glasses for you but Costco wants to get the cost of the exam too. Im going elsewhere for glasses!

Very hard to work with. We approached the sales people after selecting a frame. They were not doing anything and did not have any other customer, yet they behaved as though they were doing me a favor selling the glasses. Ended up not purchasing due to them not being able to pull information about my insurance and them not being at all interested in selling.

I wasnt expecting much from a Vision center in Costco. I wanted to get my prescription and be done. What I found were very knowledgeable and professional doctors. I now go to them for any eye related issue I may have. Also, they are very sanitary. Washing and Purcelling multiple times. I appriciate that.
