I lost my glasses when I fell in the snow in February and the staff was great in helping me replace them. They helped me to work with my insurance to get an emergency replacement so that it would cost me less and I was able to get another exam, too (which is good, my prescription had changed!) Im super picky - I wanted the same frames and they had to order them - but its the type where each frame is a unique blend of 2 colors. Well, the ones that they shipped had little blue in them and my original frames had a lot of blue and I was unhappy (although not their fault, of course). The woman with the long dark hair (im terrible with names!) offered to call her sales rep and had them send over a few more frames within a week, each with a lot of blue and I got to pick - I was really happy and able to put the awful incident in the snow behind me. Thank you for being patient with me and helping me with this!!

Dr. Collini is a great eye doctor and have gone to him for years. Very knowledgable, and they have special equipment for tracking eye changes over the years. The front staff is usually very friendly and helpful. Glasses themselves are overpriced, and even with insurance it is usually cheaper to buy online. The only bad experience I have had with them was when I asked for my PD and the front desk woman in charge very rudely denied and refused to provide me the information they already had.

The only reason why I go to Spare Pair is because of Dr. Colini. He is wonderful. I have some serious eye issues and am under the care of a retina specialist. Dr Colini and my retina doctor work together so that I have the best possible care. I have been going to Dr. Colini for 25 years and would never think of going anywhere else for my eye exams. However, I do not purchase my glasses from Spare Pair. They are very over-priced and the people who who work there are rude and not helpful.

Dr. Collini is the reason why Ive been going to Spare Pair for almost 20 years. I have full faith in his opinions and care. I have serious eye issues and I go to specific ophthalmologists for specific problems who correspond with Dr. Collini regularly regarding my treatments. He is a caring and knowledgeable professional. However, I do not purchase my eyeglasses from Spare Pair...they are way over-priced and some of the employees are very rude.

I have been a patient of Dr Collini for 20 plus years. Although I have moved out of the area, I continue to drive 40 minutes to his office. He is extremely kind and an excellent doctor. This past year through a routine eye exam he was able to detect a medical issue that may have gone undetected had I not opted for the new retina test. I will continue to drive and will be forever grateful for his diagnosis!

The staff at all locations are unbeatable and waiting to provide you with the greatest experience from the moment you walk through the doors.

I have been going to Dr. COllini for over 20 yrs.he alerted me to problems I might have with my eyes due to diabetes that I was unaware of. I moved to Delaware 2 1/2 yrs. ago and still make my trips for exams and eye wear. Love home and am glad some of the face of the employees I see havent changed.

Got to my exam at 4pm and did not leave until 5:30pm. They rushed me through finding my glasses as if it was my fault they took so long to get my eye exam. I did not see a doctor until 4:40pm. Not pleased with the service at all.

I found the optometrist and technicians very friendly and happy to answer any questions you have. The staff at the eyewear boutique were also very friendly and provided honest/tasteful advice on picking out frames.
