Ive never waited longer than a few minutes. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. My out of pocket cost is lower here than anywhere else Ive been in the past 6 years... Were talking $10-25. Glasses ready in 2 hours to 2 days. Contacts in under a week.

Absolutly Terrible service..bottom line. Couldn't even get a simple hello or welcome when I walked into the door. My wife and I were ignored for 15 minutes before we even made eye contact! And it wasnt like it was busy by any means
