The last time I went to get a check up from there, they made a bad assessment. I only went in just to get my ears checked out and take care of any problems with vertigo and/or tinnitus . and after finding signs of depression they misdiagnosed my symptoms, call the police and sent me to a mental hospital (Barnabas Health Behavioral Health Center) in wich from there I was put on restraints and never got my ears tested..... this worse than a fast food doctors office (Urgent care/Atlantic care) and those are better than this place. If this was my first visit , I was pleased. They had a real Doctor and cared about a patients needs. but recently they have gone downhill to the point to no return. Oh you gotta love their reception . They have you sign with security guards SECURITY GUARDS!!! right before you get to the receptionist ... Oh and forget about calling for an appointment... If you call at anytime they tell you to call back at 7:30 am so sure you can do that BUT.... BUT.. IF YOU CALL AT LEAST ONE DAMN SECOND LATE.... YOURE SCREWED... IN WHICH THEY TELL YOU TO CALL BACK LATER... AND EVER IF THEY DO TELL YOU TO CALL BACK LATER.... THEY TELL TO TO CALL BACK AT THE MAGICAL TIME OF 7F---------G 30!!!! sigh... oh by the way their doctors over there.., they dont have doctors.. theyre WAIT FOR IT... nurse practioneeers.... THOSE ARENT EVEN F----------G DOCTORS!!!!!! again youd be better off paying the $65 to $140 at Urgent care fast food medical services... at least they can give you a clue on where to go or what you need. Just avoid this place like the plague... I want Dr. Miller from Tuckerton again.... R.I.P. :(

Not satisfied with their service. I do not like the fact that appointments have to be the same day or "during the week" and they cannot make appointments past the same week. It makes it difficult to schedule appointments on my calendar. I work full time so I need to plan in advance. I cannot say "ok, Im going to the doctors today.. hopefully I can get an appointment since I took the day off in hopes of getting an appointment"... !! It doesnt make sense! Then to get simple things done, its so hard. I try with the patient portal.. but that is a slow go. The customer service phone number is not helpful. Because they are just answering the phones - they are not actually there. I am not am NOT satisfied at ALL with the OB GYN docs! And even the primary care physicians! They seem as if they are rushing you to get out the office! I dont know about you but, I would like to think healthcare is a serious issue and a little more attention to it is key! Therefore, do not rush me in and out .. I need information so that I can have a full understanding. I am not happy with their services and have changed my primary and other services to another doctor. They have to do better. I hate to be negative but I must tell the truth so that they can hopefully improve their services in the future.

Id like to give this place zero stars. As an expecting mother of my first child I went to ohi because they accepted my new insurance, huge mistake. Unprofessional, dirty- I mean filthy - urine samples left lying around everywhere. The staff wear their street clothes, I got a pelvic exam from an np wearing boots and an open sweater! No scrubs on anyone. I left in tears. I will be returning to my original Obgyn and pay out of pocket. Ohi is a disgusting facility. DONT RISK YOUR HEALTH AND WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Seriously the WORST customer service and engagement skills Ive ever witnessed. Every time I call, even if its to inquire about something, they are the most rude people Ive ever had the displeasure to speak to. If.ypu have a cold or even something else, GO TO AN URGENT CARE. Theyre so much nicer and the doctors are a lot better as well. Also, waiting 30 minutes on the phone for an appointment when youre already not feeling well? Da hell?

I give zero stars on hold forever noone picks up u call to tell then ur gonna be late they keep u on hold for 45 min so by that time ur appt has come n gone its bs. Noone speaks English. Im not a racist but if ur working in the medical field make sure your English is prestine these are ppls lives were talking about.
