So my grandma has been a resident at this establishment for about 2 years now and on Halloween the residents of this location sit in the halls and give candy to the kids... But for both years theyve had my grandma sit in her room... They have a system where if a room has a ghost on it they sit in front of the door and give candy to kids but my grandmas door it has a ghost... Yet the staff still put her in bed... The first year WE even bought the candy for her to give out yet they gave OUR CANDY to other residents to give out... This left her devastated especially since we spent our money on her and she didnt even get the joy of giving candy to kids...

Although they give my 92 year old mother the best of care as far as I know, the staff is rude and abusive to family members. They put you on hold for 19 minutes. You can all 5 times a day and each time they have an excuse why you cant talk to your own mother. I was at the point there I was never going to call my mother again. The secretary at the desk said Im a temp. OK. and hung up. I am presently writing to the Governors office. As a family member, all I want to common decency, respect and kindness and I dont get it there.

This place is a nightmare. My father was here for a few weeks for rehabilitation. Upon his admission, I stayed with him in his room to get him set up and comfortable. The nurse (who looked like she crawled out of a bottle of vodka) didnt step foot in the room for the entire 8 hours I was there. Floors dirty, food is inedible, they consistently gave my dad expired milk. Nurses didnt even know what meds they were giving him. Completely Unorganized.

Ive had to stay here twice for rehabilitation. Both times for two weeks. And everyone was so nice and respectful to me. Especially my nurses, they were all great.
