I cant express my appreciation more for the care and professionalism shown to my mother by the entire staff here. The place is clean, bright and cheerful. The staff everywhere is friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the 2nd floor staff of "S M A R T", their professionalism is excellent. I really cant find a single negative thing to say about Royal Suites.

This place is the pits! Over crowded and nasty rooms. My father never got his breakfast and its 2:19 pm! I wouldnt recommend this place... I thought I did my research too... very upset!

My father got bedsores at Royal Suites and died as a result of them from the poor wound care at this facility. My suggestion. Stay away at all costs.

There were no aides 20 Jul after patients ate lunch for about from 1250 till 130pm today, why is that??? Oh and my moms clothes were missing!!!
