We transferred from the same practice in Hoboken. The Paulus Hook office is pretty, but patient care has been a mess for us. For example: No one told me that my exclusively breastfed baby needed vitamin D. No one called for my daughters 18-month comprehensive check up. The final straw was when today, accidentally, my daughter got extra shots for the HIB and Pc vaccines. I am more than upset as there is no reason why my 2-year old should have unnecessary metals/toxins/dead viruses in her body. She also got the side effects - pain in one leg, and a lot of redness and swelling on the other. I have been very careful about all her vaccines, have read a lot, etc. My husband took her today for her annual check up, and since he is not up to-date on her vaccines, he did not protest when they gave her two accidental shots of vaccines she did not need! (later they told me it was a book-keeping error). Dr. Omar Baker is a friendly doctor, but I would no longer trust him and this practice with my kids care.

As a person who grew up with this clinic, its true that this place makes the patient wait for about 3-5 hours even if you have an appointment and the receptionists are very nasty and not at all helpful. It takes ages to get the lab results as well. Ive seen receptionists being utterly rude to the childrens parents and children alike. Im glad I am no longer required to attend this specific clinic. Riverside Pediatrics Group have other clinics where very few have the same experience as the Union City one. The only good thing I would have to say is that the doctors are very good and helpful but often times they are too quick and dont spend much time on patients.

The best pediatricians in the area. Trust me, we looked around, this is the one to go to if you live in the area. The good thing about them is that they have a couple of locations in the area. If this placed is close you can still likely go to the place in Secaucus which is a short drive from here (if you have a car that is). The most obvious ding -- the place is pretty crowded, so dont do any walk-ins during the morning and expect to be seen in less than an hour. Do walk ins during the evening if possible.

Absolutely love my PCP Dr. Luis Correa! Hes the best ! And I am very happy with riverside medical group ! How all your info carries over to whatever other medical office of there group your seeing ! I always can get same day appointment too , lots of places you dont get that get !! Join riverside medical group you wont regret it ! Just remember just like any doctor office or whatnot your gonna have ur hiccups along the way where things wont go perfect .

I shifted to this clinic because its closer to my home. I am really regretting. The doctor is good. Its only the group. I had an appointment for 11:15am and its already 12:00 we havent been called. Its on the day when they are not busy. The wait times are horrible. And its a chaos. So I was finally called in at 12:10 and its 12:30 still waiting for the doctor. I just cant understand what 11:15 appointment mean when I am gonna see the doctor at 12:35pm

First time, we only waited 2 hours (with an appointment). Second time, 3 hours (again, yes, we had an appointment). I do not understand these reviews. How can anyone give this place a good reviews. My son is almost two years old and trying to keep him happy and occupied while waiting that long is impossible. Never ever ever again. Youve got to be kidding me.

This place is worse than a third-world clinic. They treat low-income patients as garbage. The lost the blood work exam from my daughter, and did not bother to even call me back to inform me. I wonder how state and federal regulators allow these doctors and clinics to function given that their level of care is way below minimum standards.

Ladies no good at the front desk and I come here and they just tell me to wait because there is only one with bad actitud and many people come after us but we were the last patient of the day I think they did it on purpose because we were asking if we still going to see the doctor... I hate this place !!!!!!!!!! And I am not the only one

Doctors at this medical office are very nice, Medical doctors and pediatric doctors. Even though the waiting time can sometimes be long(2-3) hours for pediatric, I like this location the most from the locations they have in Hudson county.

It feels as if you are in the waiting room for ages. They completely disregard the fact that you have an appointment. The nasty attitudes of the assistants dont help either. All in all, horrible facility. Avoid by all means necessary.

I waited for almost 2 hrs and when finally was our turn,they almost inject the wrong vaccine to my child. I left and I will never come back again.Other is their office is ridiculous over booked the place is always crowd

Unorganized place. They supposedly close at 2 on Saturdays. I made my appointment with the call center. Got there at 1; but there was no doctor in the office. Meanwhile there suppose to be one until 2. Unbelievable

We live 1 hour away. We still go there because we love Dr. Haddawi. He always take great care of my children. He has been our pediatrician since 2012 and we will not change him.The staff are nice too.

This is just not a great place for service. The Drs seemed great (4 visits in 2 years), but the office is chaotic, with no empathy. Its just not worth it.
