HORRIBLE! last night, I had an appointment with Dr. Veronica Pineda from the Riverside Healthcare group in Bayonne. I work in New York so it takes me at least an Hour and a half to get into Bayonne. My appointment was for 6:30pm. I got there at exactly 6:30pm. The receptionist asks, "Can I help you?" I stated who I was and that I had an appointment. She says to me that they tried to call me to request that I come in at 6:15. I obviously could not, thats why I am here at 6:30 the time that I originally scheduled my appointment for. I said, "Ok, so are they going to see me, she says let me ask Dr Pineda (husband) if he would be willing to see you. She then comes out to ask, "what are your symptoms?" I tell her and she says, well you can go to an Urgent Care or our facility in Secaucus. I said to her, I cannot get to Secaucus tonight. My doctors are here. She said then maybe try the urgent care. I cannot begin to express how unprofessional this was. I had an appointment booked. The receptionist never stated that they had a medical emergency etc. Granted I know that the doctors want to go home like anyone else, if that were the case, then my appointment should not have been made. It was, and they should have expected me. There are three things that I need to express here, 1) I was not a walk-in, I am your patient. who had a scheduled appointment 2) Did you not think that my symptoms were important enough for me to be seen? 3) What if something happened to me after i walked out. And the most humiliating experience is when the receptionist asks me about my symptoms not privately, but openly in the waiting room area. Who wants to disclose their personal issues openly like that. I am so disappointed with this treatment. Never again will they be serviced

Theres times theyre really really good and theres times some are a little slow but the front desk do try their best on everything. The doctors are great, no complaints. I just wish I didnt have to explain myself every time and I wish they had enough knowledge of the military insurance Tricare prime. Theyre not so knowledgeable with referrals. This is the adult medicine portion. Pediatrics is excellent, no complaints and the doctors know my daughter by name. I love the pediatricians in both branches. Secaucus and Bayonne. I also love their extended hours. Shows they care about people not having to close early since some have to be at work and can always come to the Secaucus branch for treatment.

I havent been to them but I tried getting an appointment and the woman that answered the phone was very unpleasant. She said she would call me back and never did. It was regarding a baby and she didnt bother to even call back. So unprofessional and I would never recommend this place. Horrible horrible staff. Any place that hires this kind of people to work at a pediatric office shouldnt be open.

I take both my children to the Bayonne location. They are really great. They dont keep you waiting for long, they do their best to keep appointment times. They have been seen and treated by all the doctors at that location and everyone is great. Havent had a problem yet. Thanks Riverside!

Amazing people. Its easy to make appointments and the no appointments waiting time its amazing I love that they treat you as Family specially when The doctors call to check and keep an update on how the kids are feeling when theyre sick after a checkup.

Okay office. I like the online portal for patients (MyChart). Allows me to stay connected with my doctors. The only reason I have stayed with this practice is because I think Dr. Bahar (psychiatrist) is great. Not a fan of their regular doctors though...
