Dr. El-Naghy is absolutely fantastic! I couldnt be more pleased with my choice in Pediatricians. When my son was born she came to the hospital twice a day to check on him and make sure we were getting the best care possible. She cares for her patients like they are her own children (she even calls my son her boy!) and truly loves them. She places the upmost importance on each and everyone of visits and takes her time to make sure the children are comfortable, safe and happy. She celebrates their milestones with them and loves watching them grow. She heard a murmur that my Pedatric Cardologist was astonished she picked up on. He told me "whoever your pediatrician is, keep them. Shes amazing." And I couldnt agree more. I recommend her to everyone and wouldnt go anywhere else! When we contemplated moving out of state, a factor in our decision was her and if wed be able to find someone to care for our son like she does. If youre contemplating her for your child I recommend her 100%- I wouldnt take my son anywhere else.

Please do not bring your children to this woman. She was asked to leave a pediatricians office in New Windsor, as she was very difficult to patients, staff, and parents. I wish I had known this before bringing my child to her. She gave my daughter 5 immunizations at once, against my better judgement. Consequently, she was admitted to the hospital with very high temperature and reaction to the shots. Even the hospitals pediatricians questioned on why she would do that. She thinks shes above the law as well, as she refused us our daughters medical records (Which is illegal). I had to file s complaint against her ( finally got our records) Now I see why the other Drs office referred to her as difficult. She is not gental with shots either.. She jabbed my child so hard. Im only sharing my experience so that your child doesnt have to be subjected to this woman.

Very loving and gentle dr! From day one she has been responsive to my requests to give no more than 2 vaccines in one visit. Dr el naghey is very gentle and I swear almost shed a tear after giving my daughter a shot. She is very sensitive and I point this out because of other contrary reviews. She has been in private practice for a long time and is very flexible and easy to get an appointment with. Answers her cell phone in off hours for emergency or concerns. Almost all local moms I know happily take their children to her. Perhaps one out of 6 families I know did not click with her, but you cant please absolutely everyone. Different personalities.
