Really bad customer service and no place to go when you expect good service! I went in December 2016 to Total Eyecare to get new reading glasses. The doctor was very nice and friendly. She had all the new equipment to get the best results for measuring the eyes. The lady who advised me with my reading glasses was ok that time. They didn’t have a frame I really liked, so I decided for a clearance frame which I liked somehow. Surprisingly, it took several weeks to get the glasses ready. This is an extra pair of glasses, so I don’t use it regularly. After 9 weeks one of the lenses fell out and I brought the glasses back to the shop. It took several weeks to get it fixed. After using the glasses only a few times, the frame is now losing its color. So I went back to the shop and discussed it with the person who sold me the frame. She explained to me that sometimes this can happen, but this was a clearance frame and there is no guarantee. I knew it was a clearance frame, but she never mentioned that there is no guarantee for the frame. How could I know the frame will loose its color? I asked her why she didn’t tell me that when I decided for this frame? I paid several hundred dollars for these glasses. She had no answer for that and apologized. This is the worst service I have ever experienced in any optical shop and I never go there again. I feel sorry for the nice doctor though. RS

Excellent service, excellent staff, excellent selection. They had a buy 1 get one free, all kinds of options and discounts. They even had my contacts in stock and cost 35% less then anywhere else. And my glasses were ready at the end of my visit. Nothing like working with professional who have your best interests at heart. Thanks guys!

The doctor is phenomenal! However, the staff is too pushy and misleads you into buying their products. The demanding and pushiness was such a turn off! I could not stand it anymore which drove my business away!
