After getting pounded by a wave while body surfing and both losing my monthly contact and feeling like I had a foreign body in my eye, I sought treatment with Dr. Brian Kerper. The experience could not have been better. I was able to schedule the same day, was treated courteously by support staff, and Dr. Kerper was perfect. In addition to providing excellent care and with great kindness, he left me feeling that his passion was the quality of the care and NOT getting paid. I highly recommend Dr. Kerper and if the rating scale offered 10 stars would give him all ten!!

I purchased new glasses in Pennsylvania, however they caused a raw area behind my ear that needed immediate attention. I stopped in at the Rio Grande location and Chris Hutton could not have been kinder. He fixed the arm of my glasses and also replaced the nose clips made of silacone. The best part, Chris did not charge me a penny. He was friendly and so kind. If only more businesses treated you in this way they would succeed. Thank you Chris!

Only 4 stars because Chris is extremely helpful, caring, and a great example of Pearl Vision. Ive been a customer for years and hes always genuinely ready to help, solve any issues, and have customers leave happy. Would get 5 stars if the rest of staff made just a little more effort to have customers leave satisfied. Thanks.
