Dr. Ralph has changed my wifes life. Shes been dealing with debilitating neck pain for the past 4 years. It just started one day out of nowhere and has been consistent for all of this time. Weve been to dozens of specialists, including a neurologist at Colombia in NYC. The diagnoses ranged from a bulging disc to fibromyalgia and everything in between. We even tried other chiropractors, including another atlas orthogonal specialist, to no avail. We finally got the the point where nothing was really working. A quick Google search led us to Dr. Ralph...and his office was literally around the corner from our house. All of these years, and the answer was right under our noses. Since my wife has been going to Dr Ralph for the past 2 months, her pain has changed dramatically. Id say her pain is 85% better than it was...and she continues to improve with each and every adjustment. Ralph is so accommodating that if she isnt feeling great any given day, we can stop in at the office for a quick adjustment to get her feeling better. I was so impressed with her results that I decided to have Ralph take a look at my atrocious posture and hips. After having my x-rays done, it turned out my body was in pretty bad shape. Im an active Crossfit athlete, so my body is under constant stress. Honestly, I havent felt better since getting adjusted by Dr. Ralph. My posture is phenominally better, my hips dont pop and crack as much as they were, and I just feel great overall.

I first met Dr. Ralph over 30 years ago after I “threw out my back" while bending at the waist to pick up a child’s car seat to place on the rear seat of my car. The motion of lifting, twisting, and transferring weight (the wrong way) resulted in searing pain when I moved. A neighbor who was an actress/dancer recommended Dr. Ralph. She said that Dr. Ralph treated her her back pain that might have otherwise prevented her from pursuing casting calls for her career. Dr. Ralph literally straightened me out with just a couple of visits. Over the years, whenever Ive had body aches or pains, stubborn headaches, and stiffness I have put myself in Dr. Ralphs expert and capable hands. Of the many wonderful things I can say about Dr. Ralph, the most relevant and important to me is that I can rely on his treatments to provide relief. For me, this knowledge in itself helps to reduce my stress. I recommend Dr. Ralph as a tremendously experienced chiropractor whose treatments have been successful for me and for friends and colleagues that I have referred to him. You can count on Dr. Ralph for his kindness, compassion, and best of all...his results. If I could, Id give Dr. Ralph a rating beyond the 5-star rating shown. If you ever want to meet a skeptic its me. After watching a video on Gonstead method I decided to research it. For years (30 to be exact) Ive been going to 2 doctors, a chiropractor and a atlas orthogonist. Finding only 4 listed Gonstead doctors I sent an inquiry, the Dr. Himself responded-WOW-impressive, but this is a serious decision because the wrong doctor can cauuse a migraine. I went in, was shocked at my x rays and what was happening to my spine-NO WONDER I WAS IN SO MUCH pain. Now my first adjustment, I was still skeptical but waking up to serious pain made me have to try. I only allowed him 2 areas to adjust and he took care of the pain I was waking up with (My entire left side) was gone the next day. Not bad, so by the 3rd visit I let him do my Atlas, amazing, the other doctor had been doing it wrong all this time. Im still going due to the extensive nature of my spine but I can tie my shoe, I havent had a migraine and my left side is much better. The worst part of my visit is having to inform my old chiropractor that he just wasnt doing it for me. I definately recommend Dr. Lemongello, there is never a waiting line, not that there should be, once your better why continually come back. Whatever your appointment is dont be late, he will take you in ontime.

I came into Dr. Lemongellos office with sciatic nerve discomfort going from my hip and buttock area down the side of leg to my knee. This had been going on for almost 3 months and I had been experiencing muscle weakness on that side, especially going up stairs. I was referred to the Dr. by a very good friend of mine who has told me about her fabulous chiropractor for years! I had never been adjusted in my entire life, so this was all new to me. I got adjusted and over the course of a week I noticed a dramatic difference! I never thought my back had anything to do with my problem! I am no longer experiencing this annoying condition! I live down by the Jersey Shore, so the hour trip up was well worth it! Thank you , Dr. Lemongello.. I would also like to note that the office was so helpful. Jeff is wonderful at figuring out insurance stuff and just a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend and trust this practice.

I had 2 herniated discs in my neck and back. One went to the nerve endings of my fingers and I was in constant pain. I went to another Chiropractor before finding Dr. Lemongello, who cost me a fortune using a machine that stretches the vertebrae which was very painful and uncomfortable. Luckily I found Dr. Lemongello. He took digital x-rays, was able to pinpoint the exact problem and used the Atlas Orthogonal instrument and Gonstead Adjustment. It was completely painless and I felt instant relief! He has a wonderful caring personality and always makes me feel very comfortable. Now thanks to him I am able to enjoy life pain free and only come back on occasion for an adjustment. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a good, caring Chiropractor! Jeff the office manager is a sweetheart too!

I hurt my back skiing in 1973. Compressed two lower disks. It never bothered me for over twenty years. But when it did I couldnt even bend over to tie my shoe laces. I found a great chiropractor in Santa Monica when I was living there. He was the real deal and took care of the pain in the first visit. 5 years later when I moved to the Boston area I went through 6 or 7 chiropractors who only gave vigorous massages, not actual manipulation. I finally found one in Salem NH who was pretty good and got me through the years there. When I relocated back to NJ, where I am from, I found Dr. Ralph, who turned out to be the best of them all. If he cant help you, nobody can! I recommend Dr. Ralph to anyone who has any type of back pain. Great chiropractor! Great guy!

I had severe neck and back aches and called on a Saturday morning about the pain. Dr. Lemongello immediately called me back and offered me an appointment. He took detailed x-rays and explained exactly what was off and communicated with me about how he would fix the issue within a reasonable time frame. Literally walked out of the appointment feeling "fixed" and the pain has gone away. Dr. Lemongello uses a unique therapy called Atlas, which is a non-invasive, precision instrument used on a specific vertebrae - it is like magic- you do not feel a thing and within 3 seconds your neck feels better. Highly recommend!
