Dr. Saitta is a great doctor. I had my baby in 2012. Everyone that i have encountered at this office was great then. Even after a few more years with this office was a great experience. Though its been a while since I was unable to see Doctor Saitta because of a very difficult schedule, I have not forgotten her thats why I still want to go to her. Today I am very disappointed not with the doctor but with a very unhelpful staff with an attitude. I have an appointment this Saturday and same day they called if I am able to come in at 10- 10:30, I informed them that I was out of town and will not make it so they scheduled me for Wednesday but then I called today to confirm and they keep forwarding me to billing without explanation. Billing cannot even explain to me whats going on and why they cancelled my appointment. I called twice, the same thing happens. When somebody called back, she was very nasty. It would be nice if staff would know how to explain the situation in a respectful manner. I hope the doctors know how horrible their staff are and that they are losing patients because of them. Though how much I love doctor Saitta but if the front liners are horrible and very unhelpful, I dont want to be dealing with this.

I have been a patient of the group for the past 4 years and through my two pregnancies. All the doctors in the practice are very caring, prompt with replies in person, on the phone and even through emails. My personal favorites are Dr Rubino, Dr Kessel and Dr Romero. I had gestational diabetes for both my pregnancies. The doctors were very encouraging and positive and helped me manage it with just diet control. I have emailed the doctors with all sorts of questions, even in the middle of the night and when I get up in the morning I would have the replies waiting in my Inbox! It cant get better than that. I just delivered my second baby 2 months ago and Dr Kessel was the attending physician. He checked me personally numerous times when I was in labor and delivery and made me feel so comfortable and reassured (Typically the intern checks every few hours and calls the Dr only after 8 or 9 cm dilation). When I was discharged from the hospital, Dr Kessel called my home several times for the first week to check on my recovery. I have been recommending the group to all my friends and even though I live in Jersey City, they will always be my OBGYNs.

I had such heavy periods, sometimes it would last 10-14 days. I heard of the procedure through a friend and said "this is it". I was done with how long it would last, the bleeding through tampons, the cramping that was so severe and the clots that we huge! Not to mention the harmones that made me feel like I was loosing it after bleeding 10-14 days. I went to Dr Rubino , he said I would benefit from the Cryoablation Therapy . It wasnt even a second thought. Literally one cycle after I felt a difference. Lighter bleeding, even to the point I could wear a panty shield, very very minimum cramping. On a scale of 1-10 , I felt like I was at a 2-3 as far as the difference from before.This was so much way better than anything I had before.I am a much happier women! Thank you Dr Rubino- you are a life saver

After having the same OBGYN since I was 15 to hear that he was retiring when I was 36 was devastating. I heard about the Rubino Group From a friend, I made an appointment and found Out I was pregnant. Dr. Saitta was a breath of fresh air. She made every visit comfortable and pleasant. When I was 35 weeks pregnant she had to take a leave of absence but promised to be back by my due date. My son was born 3 weeks early. When Dr. Saitta walked into my delivery room I was ELATED AND SHOCKED she really made my day, I wasnt expecting her to be there but she took time away from her to make sure she was there to deliver my baby. Awesome, professional and will get you in and out in a timely manner!!!!!!

This is one of the best OBGYN practices in NJ! Dr. Patel has one of the best bedside manners that I have experienced with a doctor of any specialty. She takes the time to explain everything and makes sure that you understand things. I suffered from a miscarriage and she was so helpful and extremely caring throughout the emotional process. It was as if she had known me for years when in fact I was only her patient for two months. Fortunately, I am pregnant again and she has made the experience pleasant and comfortable for me. I would recommend Dr. Patel to anyone looking for an extremely knowledgeable and caring OBGYN. Shes hands down the best!

I went to Dr. Rubino office with an appointment not an Emergency , he came in the room for 5 minutes tops . I was having hip and lower back pain, his idea to have a quick ultrasound less than 5 minutes. I could have waiting , he billed as an emergency. I am totally not happy as a patient. I was told by my health Insurance my responsibility is $521.47 I am hoping that is not how he take care of all his patients. I left a message for his office staff for this to be address, looking forward for the outcome. Why on top of me being in a lot of pain have to worry about high excessive billing with heavy burden to me.

Dr. Rubino performed the cryo freezing procedure on me to help reduce heavy bleeding. I was really apprehensive about doing it but was ready to try anything. The procedure was painless, minus a little but bearable cramping. It was done in the office without anesthesia and was over in half an hour. I would highly recommend this procedure to anyone who is looking for relief from heavy bleeding. I was even back to work the next day. Im so glad Dr. Rubino helped me get over my fears and take the plunge. The office staff and nurse, Sally, are truly amazing. Thank you Dr. Rubino for helping me to feel better!

During my first pregnancy, I saw each of the 4 doctors within this practice. My husband and I both had a great experirence. Not only did they treat us with respect but they spent as much time as we needed to go over any questions we had. Our baby was delivered by Dr. Kessel at Overlook Hospital and we had the perfect experience! He listened to our needs/desires and allowed us to have the birthing experience we wanted. We would not change anything about that day. We have and will continue to see him and I would recommend this group to any/all of my friends and family members.

I went to this facility because this is one my insurance covered. I was told I would have the new doctor, Dr. Siatta. While I am impressed that she studied at Cornell, I am less than impressed with her bedside manner. She is cold, intimidating, and forget about asking questions, she acts as if it is a bother to do so. Given the delicate nature of the area of medicine these doctors practice, a little more compassion when your legs are in the stirups would be appreciated. It wouldnt hurt to smile or act as if you have some empathy for your patients.
