While looking for a new dentist for my boyfriend and I, I called Robert Marchese office. I spoke with the receptionist and ask if they took my boyfriends blue cross blue shield health insurance. She said yes. I asked her how much the co payment would be and she said between $25 and $50. I also asked for a estimate of how much a cleaning would be for myself. She said $135. After My appointment I received my bill it was $220! $85 more than what she originally told me. We paid it up front and also tried to pay my boyfriends co payment. They told us we had to wait for the health insurance information to go through. A week later we received a bill in the mail for my boyfriend for $200. I called about it and the receptionist claimed that they have never accepted my insurance. Do not trust or believe the people at this dentist office!!! They will lie to you in order to get you in for an appointment.

Took my 8 year old daughter for a filling and was absolutely amazed how dr. Bob handled her and reassured her. She was so worried before we got there. She sat through whole procedure calm and knew exactly what to expect. Would recommend to any child or grown up, if scared, to go to him!
