The worst agency I have ever dealt with. Everyone in this office including the supervisor, Sophia are unprofessional. The aides provided are not trust worthy, they live off the patients food and use the patients money to order out and buy their own food instead of the patient. They have stolen money and a substantial amount of jewelry from my grandmother in which the agency was aware and did nothing about it, although proof was provided. Instead tried to help the cover up. NEVER leave your love ones in hands of this agency who claims to have such great servicing aides. Legal action had to be taken. How sad!!

This company is by far the worst company you could work for. They have the worst patients that are in home care. the owner is just as lost as she can be. I was fired because I was pregnant , but they didnt tell me why I was being pregnant. they have a lot of cases where people have 2 aides a private and their aides... I am not a house keeper... this company is for maids. changed their name to Reliable Community Care Inc
