There are many things that I can say about this business, but my mother always taught me "If you dont have anything nice to say, then say nothing at all". I cannot keep silent about our experience with this company, however. So I will summarize and try not to be too verbose. This company ABANDONED CARE of my loved one in the last week of her life. That is unprofessional, unethical, and should be illegal. My advice to you? If you go with this company, make sure you spend large chunk of your time RIGHT AT HOME with them while they are caring for your loved one so that you will know how to manage the situation when they walk out on you at the last minute. I would have given a lower rating, but "poor-fair" was the lowest ranking option. Including "fair" in the rating is comical to me, as this company was anything but fair....especially to my loved one.

What a Godsend Right at Home has been for me and my family! We have been with RAH since September 2015 and couldnt be happier. Everyone that works here is fantastic, from the office staff to the caregivers. We cannot say enough good things about how wonderful the workers are and how caring each staff member is. Marissa has been our "angel" contact; right there whenever you need help or a question answered. There is always someone there. Communication is key for this type of help a family needs and excellent communication is always provided. Highly highly recommend! Thank you Right at Home for everything.

I used Right At Home for my grandmother in Toms River. The Live-in I had was truely an god sent. She cared for my grandmother like she was her own family member. The Office Staff was also very friendly & helpful. Darlene & Nick Bosco, owners were always willing to help in any way possible and helped me learn about programs that helped with paying for services. Everyone made my grandmother and I feel like we were apart of a family with Right At Home rather than just a client. I would recommend using them for any home care needs. Thank you again for everything you have done for my grandmother.

This company made my experience in homecare, which was an unknown world to me, very easy to understand and a pleasant experience. The marketing director was fabulous in explaining all the options of care available, the flexibility they offered with no minimum hours and they even helped with VA benefits. Never knew mom could get VA benefits as a surviving spouse. I was so impressed. Thanks for helping me when I needed it the most.

Great experience with the company, office staff and especially the 2 caregivers for my grandmother. They were very caring and always on top of the situation. We used them throughout regular care and hospice support. Couldnt have done it without them.
