Save your energy, your time on the phone and your breath. These people are a joke, they can not provide consistent service and ALL of their women are just LAZY. They wanna come late and leave early, do as little as possible, and the coordinators just suck because they dont want to go through the trouble of finding another home health aide who can work with you, they treat you like you are sub human. Their girls ask you to never call the agency, so that they get paid for time they dont work. And the agencys people are always out of the agency by 2 oclock. They have made my life more miserable than it ever was. If I could put zero stars I would

The worsted the aids r lazy, they want to be on there phones while they are working...they dont knaow how to take care of bedbound clients..they will send someone they say knows how to care for a bedbound person but they dont...they dont listen they want to do what they want n when they want...Terrible, when I finally had an ok aid..she was not paid for a month..n the aid left..they never sent anyone else
