My wife had been assigned Valley after back surgery. On Tuesday the intake nurse ordered a hospital bed for the house since after back surgery she has a lot of pain moving. The Dr sent the completed forms back to Valley the same day. Today is Friday, and after several calls, the main office has no idea why the order was not processed, the order for the bed was never submitted and after several calls no one knows why or where the paperwork is and my wife continues to suffer. Please think twice before choosing Valley ???
