Karen Caraballo was referred to me by my childs school. In my first contact with her, she demanded that I accommodate her schedule, gave me no time to look at my calendar and call her back to accommodate the test I needed her to do for my son to get critical service he needs. She has clearly never been at the mercy of the public school system and did not care that this was the first time I was hearing from anyone regarding scheduling the necessary appointments. I WOULD NOT recommend her for anything.
