We were very unhappy with Dr. Miller and have since changed doctors. We felt rushed through appointments, and she seemed uninterested in answering our questions. She didnt take enough time to arrive at a nuanced diagnosis. Most damning of all, perhaps, was that she did not address our childs worsening problems for months, refusing to change medications or recommend other treatments, until our childs illness was so severe as to require hospitalization. While Dr. Miller is intelligent and qualified, she seemed to lack the compassion and curiosity that should be the hallmarks of a good child and adolescent psychiatrist.

I called in an attempt to make an appointment as a first-time patient. The girl who answered the phone was not helpful, especially since I told her I did not think I could wait that long to see the doctor. I am aware that it takes a while to get an appointment but she was not friendly nor sympathetic to me or my situation. This office should do a better job of training their employees to deal with sensitive situations and people who are experiencing distress or difficulties. As someone who holds a Masters degree in psychology, I am shocked that a therapy office would find that acceptable.

My middle daughter has struggled with ADHD and Dr. Miller and Wendy have been so great!!! They are also counseling my other two daughters since we have just gone through a nasty divorce. I would not hesitate to recommend that office at all. I have never felt rushed or that they did not listen to my concerns.
