Over the years, I have had classic psychoanalysis with a previous therapist with fair results. To work through some specific issues I was suffering from, I decided to give Cognitive Behavioral Therapy a try and contacted Dr. Lukin. Within several months, Dr. Lukin immediately provided me with much needed relief. He is an extremely skilled and compassionate therapist who will patiently work with you to overcome obstacles that are holding you back in life. For example, at work, I was quick to feel anger and frustration if situations were out of my control. He effectively helped me to address the thoughts and emotions driving these reactions so I could effectively manage my professional acumen. The change was so significant, that my manager actually complimented me on how well I was handling challenging situations and subsequently gave me a great review. In short, Dr. Lukin liberated me from certain behaviors that were limiting my emotional well-being and growth at work and at home. He is a great resource for my life! Highly, highly recommend!

After many failed attempts trying to find a psychologist, I was beginning to give up. A family friend suggested that I go see Dr.Lukin, so I gave it one last shot. Well, it was the best decision I have made! Dr.Lukin is a very knowledgeable person and this will show through his advice and guidance. He truly cares about his patients. He made me feel like I wasnt alone and I have the strength to get through everything! Most importantly, Dr.Lukin is very honest. Thats one quality I wanted to find, because lets be honest sometimes we all need a wake up call and need to hear the truth, not just hear what we want to hear. Im so grateful to have met Dr.Lukin and would recommend him to anyone!

Like many people, I was skeptical to the idea of seeing a therapist. But that all changed after just one session with Dr. Lukin. His openly honest and patient approach is the reason I keep going back, even after a relocation that saw him move half an hour away. I can talk to him about literally anything, and that level of trust doesn’t come easy. It is brutally apparent that he cares about each and every one of his patients, and he genuinely wants to help people. He has helped me through grad school, the start of my career, and simply grow into a functioning adult who deals with social anxiety. I highly recommend him to anyone contemplating seeing a therapist... especially the skeptics.
