Been in extreme tooth pain since Thursday when I was refused to be seen but a prescription was sent in for an antibiotic for an infected tooth...I was not seen no x-rays were taken..I have suffered terribly with pain all weekend and made 2 phone calls to the office and once speaking to a dentist. Was told both times that antibiotics for infection can take up to 48 hours to work. Not that they cared the level of pain I have been in or took into consideration that I had at that point been on the antibiotics for 3 days!! Now its Monday I have suffered terribly all weekend and just figured that I would be seen this morning. I call the office explaining once again that I have moments when the pain is #10. I get a phone call back HOURS later saying that Dr Wescott will see me Thursday...a week later mind you...For a brief consultation for a root canal. Like I can now wait until Thursday...NOT happening!! I phoned progressive dental and got in an hour later! X-rays show no infection but the dentist could see a crack across the whole top half of my tooth possibly the bottom half too! Tooth might not be savable and I get it pulled tomorrow my choice. I wouldnt recommend Smile Designers to anyone!! Poor customer service and terrible they let people suffer and diagnose with no exam no x-ray. All around shoddy service. Thanks for your 20 minute consultation but no thanks guess you know where you can shove it! Horrible place to go. The one hygienist sraped the enamal off most of my teeth when "cleaning" - blonde with over- whitened teeth. Dr. Drilled and filled half of my tooth when the cavity was pin sized- only to have the filling fall out and a really big cavity take hold. They are uncaring and deviant. And God forbid you have naturally nice looking teeth, they try to ruin that!

Great for small stuff...but dont expect to go there so something major...they dont pull teeth or do root canals ...I made an appt to have a tooth pulled and when I got there they told me they couldnt do it and that it was a bad decision on my part to have it pulled, the tooth is dead and falling apart and they wanted to do a root canal on it...wtf
