They never pick up the phone. NEVER And not only that my dog got side effects from their vaccines, no sorry anything just gave another steroids shot, then they charged me for that.

Never have had any problems with the services my dog has had here. The biggest inconvenience is you cant call to make an appointment because they never answer the phone.
