Extras: Ive never been treated so well at a dental clinic.... I received a welcoming present in a bag, which was actually a really nice stainless steel travel coffee cup - nicer than the average stainless steel cups actually! There was also the standard toothpaste and floss in there, like at all dentist offices. And I received a free whitening kit and $100 credit for being a new client (promotion going on right now). Environment: The whole atmosphere there is very soothing and spa-like. I was able to choose an "extra" treatment off a menu of about 10 choices (I chose the Paraffin hand wax treatment, and the chap-stick, some of the others I can remember are noise-canceling headphones, a warm blanket, aromatherapy.) Work: The cleaning was gentle. They have a state of the art lab and computerized records and xrays. They try to keep it as "green" as possible by not having a ton of paperwork for you to fill out. Instead they ask you questions or have you circle a plastic sheet with dry erase marker. The hygienist asked me a bunch of questions about my preferences for care, including "what do you value in a relationship with a dentist?" All the staff I came across were super nice and professional (the admin, the hygienist and the dentist). Thats all really impressive. I would definitely recommend this dentist to family and friends. In fact, Im going to be bringing my daughter here next.

Dr. Stamatiades and Dr. Hayes are outstanding professionals. Their entire team of people are eager to provide exceptional customer service, even to a difficult patient like myself! They have a friendly and fun atmosphere and can help make light of any situation (sometimes making you laugh to keep you at ease)! I feel as though I am more demanding than most clients and they do well to always make sure that every need I have is taken care of. I would not hesitate to contact them for any dental service that you may have. I also read some of the other comments and I have to say that I am surprised someone would give 3 stars based on their price. Zoe Dental offers a health savings plan that has saved me quite a bit of money. Not to mention that they sometimes provide a free clinic to the public to try to help those in need of dental care that dont have much money. I honestly wish that I encountered more people like Dr. Stamatiades and his team on a regular basis.

We love Zoe Dental and have been going there for several years. Dr. Stamatiades is excellent and very conservative about his recommendations. The hygienists are quite talented. My 9 year old has been going with me since she was 3 years old and I will start taking her little sister soon. They have easily accommodated both mom and daughter visits at the same time, which is huge for a busy family. Ive even called them in an emergency when my daughter had a strange virus effecting her mouth and Dr. Stamatiades saw her without an appointment! We do have insurance that covers most of the visit expense. I often have to pay a little extra, but I think it is worth it. On a side note, Dr. Stamatiades is very involved in the Asheville community. He believes strongly in education and prevention. I know his team gives back regularly to community clinics for those who cant afford dental care. I value this and am proud to my extra dollars are going to help others!

I have never been so impressed with a dental facility, or its staff. Normally I wouldnt even bother writing a review, but I feel like everyone needs to know! From the moment I walked in, I was called by name, treated with respect, and felt important; not just a number or an inconvenience. I was given a tour, and found the facility to be SO clean and beautiful. I had NO worries about sterility or cleanliness. They ask you what YOU want from the dentist- they literally give you a questionnaire to determine what you want out of your dental experience. Who does that?!? Dr Sharkey was a rockstar as well as the rest of the staff that I met. I was no longer nervous to be at the dentist, we were making jokes and talking about life. It was the best dental experience I have ever had. I will recommend Zöe Dental to everyone I know!

I met Dr. Stamatiades in 2006 while we were working on a community event for local dentists. When my dentist retired I asked him if I could come to his practice because I was (and still am) so impressed with him as a person. Its not unusual to bump into him at a community fund raiser, or to read about how everyone in his practice has volunteered to help provide dental care to those who cannot afford it. Hes a great dentist too! Ive also been a patient of Dr. Haynes who is a perfect compliment to Zoes practice. Shes thoughtful, careful and shares your concerns. Zoe is a mindful practice. Everyone at Zoe is engaging. They make a choice to connect with each person who comes through the door. They always make me feel like I am their favorite patient!

My experience at Zoe dental was outstanding. I have avoided the dentist off and on for 10 years. Im actually guilty about the lack of dental attention I had given my own teeth even though I kept regular visits for my children. The staff at Zoe were amazing from the moment I stepped through the door. From the green tea to the lavender aromoatherapy oil and head phones - Zoe had all the extras to add a feeling of ease and calm to my experience. They listened first and made sure they had a clear picture of my needs, what I could afford, and what my priorities were. I would recommend this practice to everyone I know. I left knowing I had started on a clear and doable path to getting my teeth in shape and keeping them in shape for years to come.

I am a long time patient with Zöe Dental and have sent many of my friends to this practice because they are the best. Not only is the staff kind and caring in every encounter, but they are skilled professionals that make each visit as easy as possible. Dr. Stamatiadies keeps current with the latest technology and procedures, but I appreciate his conservative approach to treatment. I know he will never recommend a procedure that I dont need. Dr. Stamatiadies is always looking for ways to improve the practice as well. Thanks to Zöe Dental, I have good dental health and now wonderful dental implants that have improved my life. I recommend Zöe Dental without hesitation to anyone seeking a quality dental practice.

Zöe Dental is awesome! Ive had experiences ranging from "so-so" to "not so great" from various dentists in at least four states, and this is the first time I can honestly say I enjoyed my dental appointment. I heard about them from word-of-mouth from another very happy customer. They are thorough, polite, professional, funny, go above and beyond the expected to make you feel comfortable and safe, and they get the job done for a reasonable price. To top it off, after a great cleaning today, my teeth havent looked this good or felt this clean in years, and I have no pain in my mouth. I am going back there next week to have a crown done, and Ive already recommended Zöe to coworkers. I am sold.
