I also had an unpleasant dental experience with my 4 yr old at this office. Dr. Fielden kind of blew off even attempting to do anything to my daughter. He took one look at her and then was like, "Oh, she wont let me do anything." and off he went. So they asked me if I still wanted the cleaning.. of course I did! My daughter is like most and is nervous. The worst part of this whole appointment was the lady that cleaned her teeth. See, we were the last patient before lunch. So while the hungry hygienist was chatting(from another room) to her coworkers about what and where they were going to order their lunch from, my daughters 1ST DENTAL experience was traumatizing. I give the lady a little credit because when she started she let my kid put her finger on the spin brush to see that it wouldnt hurt.. she responded great to that and let her in her mouth without fear. Then... lady got busy chattin it up and was just going at my kid with the suction thing and sprayer without even letting her know what was happening. I was IRATE! Very unprofessional! Of course that was terrifying and I do not blame her for it. Obviously we will be looking for a more kid friendly dental environment=)

My kids have been going to Dr. Fielden since 2006. I have read the negative feedback on here and cant believe what Ive read. Are we all talking about the same dentist here? The ONLY complaint that I have EVER had with Dr. Fielden is that I have never liked the waiting room. I have always wondered why its the least kid friendly waiting room for a pediatric dentist that I have ever seen. Except for that weird play/treehouse(?) thing that kids can climb around on. Theres never been anything to do. They remodeled the patient area in back a couple years ago but have never done anything with the waiting room. Aside from that my kids love Dr. Fielden and his staff; theyve been wonderful to us over the years, they allow parents back with the kids. In fact I held my daughters legs in my lap while she got her first filling from him. The only reason he gets 4 stars is because of the waiting room. We love the guy! and will miss him when the kids age out.

for one thing they dont like a parent to be with the child , like children are not going to feel better with mom or dad with them right , another thing is they are rough and my child is afraid of dentist anyway and this was her first experience :( my oldest daughter said when they were working on her they were talking the whole time about a mowing business , very bad business, I am now searching for a new dentist .
