I highly recommend Dr. Cook to everyone. Its so nice to go to an office where you are always going to have plenty of face time with the actual dentist instead of a 5 minute review after your cleaning. Dr. Cook is also very good about explaining your X-ray and any potential issues that might come up and how to avoid them. Once you do have an issue, he is clear about whether you can wait to do a procedure and is always honest about all your options, especially the ones that will save you time and money. He took the extra half hour on my teenager to save her tooth from a bad cavity that could have been a root canal instead of jumping to a root canal costing him both time and money- but saving us money and extra pain. Our previous dentist insisted she needed a root canal. The rest of the staff, from the hygienist to the receptionist are very friendly and quick, yet relaxed and focused on you. You can tell they love working for him, and that says the most to me! My teenage daughter and I have been seeing him for a little over a year now and will from now on.

My first experience at Signature Smiles was awesome. I didnt understand my insurance information as I am a senior in college and I am used to my parents handling most of these tasks for me. I really appreciated how consistent Ms. Pam was with making sure I provided the correct information. She kept in touch with me to make sure everything was correct before I arrived and made the process smooth. The hygienists and Dr.Cook were very pleasant as well. They were very informative and I felt as though they genuinely cared about my oral health. I also appreciate how clean and fresh smelling this facility was! The overall atmosphere of this place is awesome.

Dr. Cook and his staff include a professional, kind and competent dentistry practice that the Cary area needs. Not that there are not others, but I took an opportunity to try Signature Smiles and have smiled since. It wasnt all easy, had some obstacles to overcome; but these folk are serious about putting the patient first and not the country club membership. Most of you will get the gist. Nothing was overlooked, a plan and price expectation was laid out and options left to me to make an informed decision based on my personal situation. A+, and Ive never graded from a median curve.

I hate the dentist. I cry every time i set foot in a practice. Today was no different however the response was truly heart warming. Dr. Cook and his team took my fears seriously and were extremely thorough in explaining what was happening and what was going to happen at my next appointment. I cant say that I no longer have the same fears but I can say that the office eased it quite a bit. Thank you for your kindness.

Anyone looking for a dentist needs to go to Signature Smiles in Cary. It is worth the drive. I actually had a good time at the dentist...who can say that?! We laughed through the discomfort and communicated the entire time. I am going back to get some other work done. The warm neck pillow is a bonus! Finally found a dentist that I will continue to go to until he closes shop, no matter where I am.

Ive always been very anxious and nervous about dental visit which is why I have avoided it for a very long time. Dr. Cook and his staff were amazing. I had so much anxiety and have avoided the dentist for years. After this visit I can honestly say I dont mind going back. They were friendly, informative and didnt make me feel bad about my lack of dental care up to this point. I loved the little extras- lip scrub and warm pillow- I felt well taken care of. Dr. Cook and his staff were excellent. I went to get a second opinion regarding an extraction and an implant. He was very informative and help me make the best decision for me. The staff was great with all my questions regarding the billing process. Dr. Cook will be perfoming my extraction and implant and I dont foresee any problems. I definitely recommend this practice!

The entire visit is personalized from start to finish; from the hot neck pillow, sunglasses, lip scrub, to the time they spend with you... its truly a wonderful experience. And its the dentist!
