DONT GO TO THIS DOCTORS OFFICE. I wont be going back to this doctors office due to their incompetence and rudeness. I scheduled my annual pap with them and showed up to my appointment on time. I Waited 20 minutes just for someone to tell me that I was a week early and insurance wouldnt cover it so I would need to reschedule unless I wanted to pay out of pocket. Not only should they have looked this up when I was scheduling the appointment, but when I asked why this was not done the lady at the front rudely told me that they dont know this until they look in your chart and that I should have kept better track of these things. So by them not checking in my chart when I called they not only wasted my time, but theirs and other people who could have had my appointment time. So thanks for wasting my life Pelican Family Medicine, you guys suck. Oh and Dr. Armitage inappropriately touched my sister, who also used to go here, during one of her routine check-ups to get a prescription refilled. She felt violated and almost pressed charges. Last but not least, the wait times are also horrible. I once had a 2:00 appointment and wasnt seen until 3:30!!!
